Brian switched off the light and walked up to the bed, slithering under the sheets. He stretched out his right arm and welcomed Jeni in it. She snuggled against his bare chest, which she kissed before stroking his stomach. Both were smiling, enjoying the closeness between them. Jeni sighed.
“Damn, my belly's full!”
“Mine is, too!” Brian chuckled. “Bonnie's a good cooker. Though she isn't as good as you!”
“Stop that, Brimi!” she blushed. “I'm not that good! The only things I cooked for you were really simple, and almost ridiculous.”
“Ridiculous or not, I loved it.”
Jeni giggled and freed herself from Brian's arms, before poking his nose.
“I love this nose of yours!”
“It's big.”
“Maybe, but I know something else that is big.”
Brian blushed all of a sudden and bursted out laughing, burying his face in the pillow, so he would not make too much noise. Jeni was resting her chin on his chest, staring at him lovingly. She waited for him to calm himself, before poking his nose again.
“I'm dead serious.”
Brian shook his head with a grin, and Jeni's heart leapt in her chest. She knelt above him, one leg on each side, and leant in to press her lips against his. Brian closed his eyes and tenderly wrapped his arms around her, kissing her back, feeling the love they were sharing. Jeni ran her left hand through his hair, her right hand resting on his cheek. Her fingertips lightly tickled Brian's ear, and her thumb was tenderly stroking the skin of his cheek. She smiled, as his nose was touching hers. Her whole body was shivering. She was deeply in love with Brian, and every kiss they shared made her feel invincible. Nothing could separate them, she knew it. Even though they had been together for only four or five days, she felt like it had been forever. She could not be away from Brian for too long, it would ruin her.
They broke the kiss and they lovingly stared at each other, huge smiles on their faces. Brian poked Jeni's nose with him, which made her giggle softly. He stroked her hair and removed a lock of hair, which was falling on her forehead.
“If only it hadn't been only a few days.”
“Why?” she grinned.
“I would marry you.”
Jeni felt her heart beating faster, and she unconsciously bit her lip. She leant in and hugged Brian tightly.
“I would marry you too.”
Their hearts were beating fast, at the same rhythm, almost against each other. Brian tenderly kissed Jeni again, stroking her hair.
“I'm surprised that Bonnie invited me to sleep here.”
“I am, too. But maybe we should take that as a compliment, don't you think?”
“Of course!” Brian giggled before sighing. “I'm happy that all that is over.”
“I was getting tired of it. This situation was too hard to handle.”
“I understand.”
Brian hugged Jeni and made her roll on her side. She stared at him with a grin, and admired his face, which she fell in love with. She loved the colour of his eyes, though she could not see it in the dark. Every time he laid his hazel eyes on her, she knew she fully belonged to him.
Brian opened his lips and whispered.
“Are you tired, my love?”
“Not much, are you?”
“No.”
They smiled at each other, and Jeni snuggled against his beloved boyfriend. He wrapped his arms around her, pressing her lightly against his chest. Jeni was listening to his heartbeats, stroking his ribs and kissing his collar bones.
“Are you ready to meet John?”
“I think I am,” Brian smiled, “I hope that you didn't lie to me when you said he was a quiet guy. That's all we need in the band, with Rog, Freddie and me!”
“Oh, you're not much of a troublemaker either, my dear. You're the quietest of you three!”
“Yeah, because I'm a bit more... shy.”
“Perhaps, but I'm pretty sure that Freddie is, too. He acts as if nothing scares him, and all, but he's like a shy little kitty.”
“You should tell that to him.”
“Why?”
“Freddie loves cats.”
“Oh, well, in that case!” Jeni laughed.
They paused for a few seconds, before Brian broke the silence. He softly cleared his throat and pressed Jeni a bit tighter against him.
“I'm a bit scared about this meeting.”
“Oh? Why?”
“I don't know... What if we don't get on well, John and the band?”
“Of course you will, sweetheart. If it can reassure you, John isn't a troublemaker at all. He's more of the kind of guy who would sit in a corner and say nothing. The only time I saw him, I was talking to him, and I thought that he wasn't listening to him, so I shut up. He frowned and he said 'Why are you stopping? I was focused on what you were saying!'” Jeni giggled and pressed her cheek against Brian's chest. “In fact, he's a good listener. He was really kind with me. With everyone, actually.”
“Ooh, I should be careful, then!”
“Why?”
“Does he please you?”
Jeni shook her head and poked Brian in the ribs.
“He doesn't. He's a cute guy, though, it's undeniable. But I prefer the one and only Brian May!”
“What does he look like?”
“Huh... Well, he has long brown hair, a bit wavy, he has a long nose and thin lips. He's tall and thin.”
“Alright.”
“Why?”
“Then I'll know what kind of guys I'll keep away from you” Brian winked.
“You stupid fool!”
Brian laughed and hugged her, running a hand through her hair. He gently hummed a song in her ear.
“What's that you're singing?” she frowned, thinking that she recognised the song.
“The Small Faces.”
“Aaaah, I was sure!”
“Lazy Sunday is a cool song. I listened to the album you gave me for Christmas with my mother, when you took a long shower.”
“I'm sorry for the showers, by the way.”
“Oh, my parents don't mind, they usually do the same.”
“What did your mother say when you listened to it?”
“That the Small Faces were a copy of the Beatles.”
Jeni's eyes widened, and she broke off their embrace, before staring at Brian.
“I beg your pardon?!”
“I know, this is stupid, but my mother is not much into modern music.”
Brian shrugged and the expression on his face made Jeni giggle. They kissed endlessly, until Jeni broke the kiss and yawned.
“Let's sleep, sweetheart” Brian whispered tenderly.
Jeni nodded, before snuggling against her lover again, slowly falling asleep, Brian's heartbeats as a lullaby.
