"What? Spam? Might be a little prank Kai's pulling on me..." You muttered, reading the emails sent to you. It wasn't long before the male appeared, breaking your focus.
"So, what did you want?"
His voice made your heart melt, shooting up your head from your phone. "Oh, right!" Closing your phone, you bowed your head at Tsukishima leaving him ultimately confused.
"Sorry about Sunday... I shouldn't have pried." Sneakily, you pulled out a flyer from behind your back, sitting up to show him. "Ta da!~ To apologize, I'm inviting you to the festival with me, will you accept?"
You were ready for a cold no as he headed towards the school's fountain to sit on the edge. "That aside... Why didn't you come with me to the resort? You're the one that offered it."
His question completely threw you off, staring at him for a while. "Oh, that? Well um, the thing is..." You began to rub the back of your head, trying to muster up the right words.
"How do I know you won't ditch me again?" He asked yet another question, waiting for answers.
"Yui..."
You began to explain to him what she done, Tsukishima was staring at the clouds as you did this. He seemed to understand, and even let out small chuckles.
"Wow, I didn't know you were that considerate of others." He teased with a smirk, crossing your arms. "Well anyway, do you think you can tell me why you yelled at me yesterday?" You asked, giving him a long, hard stare.
"Oh, that..." He looked away from you and back at the sky, as you waited for a response. "I dislike thinking about the incident that happened at the school I transferred from, and you reminded me of it."
"What happened if you don't mind me asking...?"
"There was this little guy named Nishinoya, and Karasuno's ace Asahi. I don't remember much about the fight they had, but it didn't end well. But they had the whole fight before I transferred. Then there was this little guy who had a big dream. He had weird orange hair, and I was like the moon to his sun. He had crazy jump power, speed, and agility. Him and I got into an argument, even the King of the Court jumped in. The upperclassmen decided to disband, since we couldn't proceed to the Finals with our feelings all tied up. Since Karasuno's Volleyball club disbanded, I transferred here."
