Tsukishima's squared spectacles slowly slipped off the arch of his nose since he was in an awkward position. His clothes were drenched, and so were hers, but she didn't seem to care. The sunlight reflected off her bright ocean blue hair, which was also covered in a bit of fountain water.

Strands of her hair dangled on his cheeks, with little droplets of tears landing on it also. The sight slightly frightened him, he had no idea what to do or say. But honesty is the best policy.

After staring up at her for ages— speechless— Tsukishima cleared his throat, glancing around. There were stares, on top of stares, on top of stares. "Yui, we should talk about this somewhere else and get changed. We're making a scene..." He advised, but she wouldn't budge.

Tsukishima sighed, placing his hands on her shoulders to gently push her off. "We can go to my place, I can dry your clothes while we're there." She seemed to still be moody, and now that his hoodie was all wet, there was no point in offering it to her.

Mutters and clicks and awes could be heard, and now they were possibly the next new talk on social media. This worried Tsukishima, but as long as he keeps cool about it, it should be fine.

Yui wiped her eyes, standing up with a shiver. "My house isn't too far from here, I'll be okay. And forget everything I told you, okay?" She asked, and the blonde shook his head. "One, you live in another district, I know you take buses to get here. And two, I'm afraid I can't even do that if I wanted..." He sighed, ruffling his wet hair.

Yui looked surprised, but shrugged it off. "Fine... I don't owe you a thing though..." She sniffled, rubbing her arms in attempt to warm herself up a bit. "I don't expect anything from you, I'm just being nice."

"What?" Kairi chuckled, grabbing your hand to hook your arm around his. "You said no kissing and holding hands, so I'm not breaking the rules.~" You had to give him some credit since he was kind of right, and also because he had the confidence to walk around like this in public.

"But people will stare! And what about your fans? They might come after me..." The thought made you shiver, but that was all gone after he patted your head gently.

"It'll be fine, just chill some alright? I promise I won't let anyone touch you." His smile reminded you of Kaito, and his words made an image of Tsukishima pop up in your head. You had no choice but to roll with it, or Kairi would've ended up being even more persistent than he already was.

"What do you want to do today cupcake?~" He teased while grinning, the nickname made a bit of bile come up. "Please, no nicknames, like that anyway..." Though you glared at him with a strict face, you wanted to laugh internally.

His personality made it easy to talk to, you knew you could go to him for anything and he'd be willing to help in a heartbeat.

"Aw, why? I like your irritated expressions, it's cute.~" The tip of his index finger smudged against your cheek as you looked away with a blush. "Let's just walk around and talk... oh! And buy some food while we're at it." You said, Kairi responded with a smile on his face.
