Jane POV

I wait a while till Ethan disappears then I can follow him. It's all cleared up now so I sneak up and follow Ethan back to the Vianno.

I step on a stick and it breaks, it makes noice and Ethan looks back. I hide at the back of the tree so that he can't see me for a few seconds. Then I think now he's gone and he won't notice me. As I make a sneak peak behind the tree, suddenly someone points me with a gun.
It is Brenda, I knew it.

My heart starts beating up very fast but I don't want to show her that I'm a little bit scared.

"Well, look who we have here, the long lost wife!" she says.

I look at her with such attitude, "Oh look who I have here, the long lost slut!" I reply, Brenda looks at me in disgust.

"You don't want to give up, don't you Jane. How could you run away from your husband like that!"

I roll my eyes. "Don't be stupid please. I don't know what you two want from me, I demand that you guys just leave me alone!!"

Brenda rest her arms and puts the gun down. "You can't just make any demands, remember I'm the one who's in control!"

"If you want Jose that badly we'll then you can have him, and leave me alone!"

Brenda makes that annoying puppy dog face. "Ncoah, are you sad because Jose chose me over you. Well next time you should think before jumping with someone in bed!"

I laugh sarcastically, "Oh, what makes you think that I'm still in love with Jose huh? Open your eyes, Jose doesn't love you Brenda. He loves me."

"if He loves you, he would never had you Kipnapped!"

"Well of course, he was so hurt that I cheated on him right. If he didn't love me, he wouldn't Kipnap me."

Brenda perks her lips. "Oh, please...."

Well now I just learned something about Brenda, the truth always stabs her in the heart. "Tell me, does Jose buy you flowers, and take you out on dates every single time?"

Brenda lays quiet,and I smile because I already know that the answer is no.

"Well, I'll take that as a no. Jose has always been a romantic man to me, he spoils me but he doesn't do the same with you Brenda. I feel so sorry for you!"

"Jose does love me Jane, he told me so and I know he would never lie to me."

I laugh again to get her down. "You so funny Brenda. I mean if he was capable of lying to his own wife, keep secrets from me and  send away his own children. Then he is also capable of using you and lying to you!"

Brenda gets so frustrated and Pionts the gun at me again.
"Shut up now, I'm going to kill you now!"

I put up my hands in the air. "Well here I am, kill me now. Just know that it won't change anything!"

"You will join all your friends in heaven!"

What does she mean by that, "What are you talking about!"

Brenda smiles evilly, "Your friends Iris, Mia and Regina. They are dead now!"

My heart starts cracking m, I'm not sure whether she's saying that to get me down or if she is telling the truth. "No, this can't be!"

As Brenda is about to shoot me, Ethan hits her with a small log at the back, and she falls down slowly.

I can't think or feel anything. My spirit is so low, after it took me years to find a friend like Iris and I loose her.
I can't control my tears anymore and I start crying on Ethan's shoulder. I swear I'm going to drown in my own tears.

"I'm very sorry for your loss, it will all be okay." Ethan comforts me.

"This is not fair. Those girls didn't deserve to die like that."

Ethan pats me at the back. "Listen Jane, now you have to be as strong as ever. Jose is out there and we need to go and save the girls. Be the strong, brave woman that you are. I want you to take Brenda's gun and you go on to Jose. I'll follow you behind, I just want to wear Brenda's bullet proff vest and use her phone to call the police for help "

I nodd and I take Brenda's gun and I start walking to the Devil's arms.

The time I get there I see that monster Jose on the phone call, he's probably trying to call his beloved slut. I try my best to sneak into him at the back and still he doesn't see me.

I point the gun at his back. "The game is finally over Jose!"

Jose immediately turns back and he's in quite a shock to see me.

"I want you to put your gun down now or else I'll shoot you!!" I command.

"Jane my love." Jose responds.

"I said put your gun down dammit, I have no time for games!!"

Jose slowly puts his gun down. I feel powerful now, I'm the one who's damanding orders now.

"The gun is no longer with me now. Jane I just want you to come home. I want us to be a family again." Jose says in a calm voice.

"After everything you've put me through, I don't think so!"

"My love, it's me Jose. The man you fell in love with, the man who is the father of your children. I'm begging you, I regret everything that I did to hurt you. I only did it because I was so furious when I found out that you jumped into bed with another man. I wanted you to. Feel the same pain I was feeling, please come back home. "

I lower my gun a little, what if he's telling the truth.
"So I should forget everything and move in just like that. You kept me in a place against my will and you made the biggest mistake of keeping me away from my children Jose!"

Jose shows a sad expression, "I know, I've been a horrible man and I just want things to go back to normal again. I want us to reunite as a family Again, I love you so much Jane."

I groan, "Oh yeah right, then why did you kipnap me if you love me?!"

"When I did the DNA test behind your back and found out that Mike is not my son, I was so furious. I was filled with anger and resentment inside me. I wanted you to feel the same pain that I felt. I'm deeply sorry for the harm I've caused. I'll even turn myself to the police. "

This time I lower my gun, till it points the ground. This is the man I married, he's back to his senses now. Doesn't mean I trust him but what if he's really really sorry." You'll turn yourself to the police?" I ask just to be sure.

Jose nods." Yes, what ever it takes to have your forgiveness."

"I called them already using Brenda's phone. When they get here I want you to confess everything that you and Brenda did!"

Jose walks closer to me very slowly. I am not scared of him so I didn't step back.

Jose embraces me with a hug and I also do the same.

Jose starts to hold me tightly and I try to let go but he pushes me all the way to the ground.
My gun slips out of my hand as I fall, I try to grab it quickly but I was too late. Jose points the very same gun I was holding in my face.

"I can't believe you fell for that Jane, I guess you're not so clever after all!"

My heart races fast and I couldn't think of anything but my kids at the stage. Is this really my last day of living.
