----Jacks POV---
I woke up early because Matt and Taylors plane came in early. I decided to let Ray and Brooklyn get more sleep because it was a long night last night. I was waiting for the boys to come when I heard a car door slam.
I ran outside and greeted them. We all did the bro hug fist bump thing that all guys do according to Ray.
"Hey baby daddy" Taylor jokes.
"Yeah yeah. My 2 princess are still sleeping though so we when we go in we have to be quiet"
"Awww" Matt said.
"When you have a girlfriend and a child you'll know what I mean" I say as I escort them to their room in the basement. I give them time to get moved in so I go sit on the deck.
After awhile the boys come up and we talk.
"So how does it feel to be a dad?" Matt asks smiling.
"It's amazing. Brooklyn's an amazing girl and Ray's an amazing mother life's complete you know?"
They nod and smile.
"I'm so happy for you bro" Taylor says giving me a slap on the back.
"Thanks Tay" I say. (Tee hee it rhymed) We all sit and talk for awhile longer until I hear tiny footsteps followed by larger ones coming towards the door.
-Ray's POV-
I wake up to Brooklyn tapping me.
"Mommy Matt and Taylor are here"
"Ok Cmon let's go say hi" I scoop her up and I walk to the deck.
"Hey!" Matt and Taylor say standing up hugging me.
"Is this Brooklyn?" Matt asks.
She turns her head into my shoulder. She's shy and doesn't warm up to someone for a while.
"Ohhh baby girl being shy?" I ask.
We all laugh and I sit down and talk to the boys for awhile.
AUTHORS NOTE: IM CHANGING JACKS MOMS NAME TO JANET INSTEAD OF TAYLOR BC 2 TAYLORS IS TOO CONFUSING. ALSO HIS DAD'S NAME IS HENRY. K? GOOD :)
I hear another cab door slam. We all get up and walk over to the porch where I see Jacks family walk up.
Jack hugs them then Janet hugs me.
"Is this beautiful Brooklyn??" She asks holding her.
Brooklyn reaches back to me and cries.
"Don't worry she'll adjust. Just so many people" I say reassuringly while bouncing her.
"Ok good because I was gonna double check to see if I put on enough deodorant" Janet says jokingly.
We all laugh and we take them to their upstairs loft bedroom.
"Ray!" Hannah yells.
"Hannah!!" I say bending down to hug her.
They get settled in and we all eat breakfast then we go to the beach. I sit down with Janet in the sand. She's holding Brooke who finally warmed up to everyone and was as happy as can be.
"So how does it feel being a mom?" Janet asks smiling.
I nod "Pretty good. Can it be stressful sometimes? Yes but do I ever regret it? No."
She smiles "That's good. I mean your doing an amazing job at it and I'm happy Brooke found parents like you. I love you Ray and I couldn't of pictured a better young lady to be with my son"
"Aww thanks Janet I love you too"
We sit and talk for a few hours watching the boys be boys in the lake and Hannah dig in the Sand.
It starts to get cloudy so we all decided to go back and start dinner. Kade and my mom would be there any minute. So I went in the bathroom and gave Brooklyn a bath.
When I walked back out my mom was sitting in the kitchen talking to everyone with Kade.
"Mom!" I say walking up to her and hugging her.
"Sweetie how I missed you! How does it feel to be a mommy?" She asks.
" Pretty good." I say smiling as she takes Brooklyn out of my arms and she holds her.
I then see Kade and I motion for him to follow me onto the deck so we can talk privately.
"Are you still mad at me?" I ask him.
He looks down at his shoes "No I'm not mad. Just upset. I mean I thought you were going to live with me longer but a weekend vacation turned into a week then a permanent then a new house flying distance away from me. It all changed so fast and I never got the chance to say an official good bye"
"I know I'm sorry buddy" I say embracing him into a hug "But our house is your house. If you ever want to fly out let me know. Your welcome anytime"
He smiles "Thanks sis"
"Cmon let's go see your niece" We both walk back inside and I hold Hailey and talk to everyone. It was overall an amazing night.
