Chapter 6

So.... I don't really have anything to say... um enjoy the chapter! I will post the Italian translations at the end of the chapter :)

Nico froze up completely mortified that he had just had a mental breakdown in front of Mr. Perfect "oh, questo non può accadere" he muttered looking down. Jason grinned looking amused "You know Nico I never knew that you spoke Italian. I knew you were born in Italy but I was under the assumption that you left when you were very young so I never thought you would be fluent in Italian. What'd you say anyway?' Nico looked back up and glared at Jason "None of your business Grace and what a surprise! You don't know everything about me, it must be hard for you not to be able to charm someone into thinking you're blonde superman." Nico spit out with venom in his voice. Jason's face fell.

 Nico felt regret stab at him, he knew it would hurt Jason. Maybe even enough to keep Jason from trying to help him anymore but Jason looked like he was about to cry. "Why do I have to push everyone away?!" he thought, but he knew the reason. Jason was the first person since Percy he felt himself truly falling for. He knew from experience that falling for the handsome hero only ever ended in heartbreak and trouble. Besides it's not like Jason would ever like him back. "I'm probably just a pity charity project to him." he thought. Jason steeled himself and started to talk "Nico why do you keep pushing me away, every time you stay stuff like that I wanna just leave because you obviously don't want my help but then I look into your eyes and I see pure fear like you're trying to hide and that you don't mean it. I care so much about you and I can't control it, it's like I was drowning and then I met you and suddenly there was hope that life rafts would come. I know you think you can never trust someone after Percy but I'm here to stay. I would never hurt you. I lo-" Jason cut himself off. Nico looked at him wide eyed for a moment. Had he been about to say what Nico thought he was about to say? Jason really thought that about him?

Nico started sniffling "Jason" he started "How can I be a hope for life rafts when I'm drowning too. I'm already 10 feet under starting to black out, how can I possibly save you?!" Nico started to cry and Jason enveloped Nico in a hug laying his chin on Nico's head. "I have to save you first." he said with a small sad smile. Nico had calmed down. Jason looked at Nico before moving in slightly, he looked into Nico's eyes to make sure he was okay with this. Nico looked a little scared but he didn't seem to have any objections. Jason slowly pressed his lips against Nico's. Both of them instantly melted, it was like a part of them had been missing for thier entire lives and they had just been reunited. Nico took control and pressed his chest against Jason's pinning him to the walls of the crow's nest, Jason let him,he was happy that Nico seemed to be in agreement of this certain activity. ;) Jason broke the kiss first and stared at Nico like he was the moon and the stars all wrapped together. "How about you sleep in my cabin from now on? I don't want you having nightmares" he said. Nico smirked and raised an eyebrow "Are you trying to get me into bed Jason?" Jason laughed and replied "Technically I am just maybe not in that sense. Although I am not completely opposed to that." Jason wiggled his eyebrows at this. Nico laughed surprising Jason. "Alright" he said. They started down the ladder towards Jason's cabin. While walking down the hallway Jason realized something and stopped "You called me Jason" he said smiling ear to ear. Nico rolled his eyes and strode past him toward the cabin "Don't get used to it Grace"

They're finally together! I hope everyone's excited! Okay so the Italian translation for "oh, questo non può accadere" is "oh this cannot be happening" :) I hope y'all enjoyed the chapter!
