The three people stared at the suit in awe, "what can it do? What's it made of?" Howard continuously bombarded Dad with multiple questions on the suits creation and functions. The captain and Agent Carter didn't look to sure about the suit, it seemed they didn't trust technology all that much.

"Please stop asking so many questions at once," Tony said annoyed, he seemed kind of upset since he got here, and I wondered if it had to do with the whole timer traveling thing, or if it was because of Howard.

Howard stopped talking momentarily, giving space for Dad to answer, and Dad obliged as best as he could with all the questions that the man had previously thrown.

Agent Carter, clearly getting annoyed with the two geniuses talking, decided to intervene, "if you don't mind me asking, what is it you two are planning on doing?"

Dad de-activated his suit and answered, "we want to get back to our own time as soon as possible, as soon as we figure out how to do that of course-"

"In the time being," I interrupted, "I totally want to see old New York city and the young Captain America!!! It'll be so cool!"

"What do you mean by young Captain America?" Questioned Agent Carter.

"Yeah do you know old me? What am I like as an old man?" Asked Steve. Crap. Dad and I shared an awkward glance, and I gestured with my face at him, and he 'swatted' back, it turning into a weird twitching with angry noises battle of who was gonna break the news to our beloved and dear Captain America. The three of them stared at us, "what?" Said Steve.

"Well you see," began Tony, "pretty soon you will be flying a plane into the ocean, where you will then be frozen for 70 years until revived. The Steve we know looks exactly like you do, and hasn't aged a day."

"Sorry," I added as if it would help.

Silence followed, carried with shocked, devastated and disbelieving looks. A look was shared between Peggy and Steve, a look of longing and sadness. I saw the look, and felt really bad. My Steve had mentioned Peggy before, though I didn't realize at the time who he had been talking about. I know the pain in his voice when he talks about her and how he doesn't like to brig his past up. I always thought it was from War ptsd, but know I think Peggy might play a part in the sadness of his past.

"Who says you're even saying the truth, we don't even know if you're really from the future or not! You could be liars, or spies or something!" Cap ranted. Agent Carter looked as if she wanted to add something but kept herself from it.

Steve turned to Howard, "what makes you so sure that what they're saying is true?! Huh?! You don't even like kids so why would you have one?! I mean, we don't even know if this guy really is you're son!"

"He is my son dammit!!" Yelled Howard, silencing Steve and shocking both me and Dad. We didn't expect him to be so passionate about it. "I just mean that.....well uh," started Howard. He looked to his son and even to me, as if looking to us for the answers. He had probably shocked himself as well.

Howard was cut short of his speech, (probably saving him too,) when a woman barged into the room. "Sir, you've got to come see this," she said. Howard rushed past us, eager to get out of the awkward situation and followed the woman. I glanced at Dad and we followed after him as well, curious to see what was happening.
Steve and Peggy followed behind.

The woman walked quickly in a panicked state, and led us to a computer monitoring screen. It was weird how old fashioned it was, and so big! It looked kind of funny honestly.

She pointed at a green radar screen, five moving dots were shown, "there are five unidentified flying aircrafts flying of New York country area. They have been spotted by locals and are reportedly German aircrafts of some sort, at least that's what they're saying. But it makes no sense for them to be there, we have no bases out there, only farmland. And it's too far from the city to have any impact from bombs."

Howard peered closely at the screen, "these are the coordinates for this area here?" He asked. "Yes," responded the woman. Howard waved the woman away and after a salute she left.

"That area," Howard said to the four of us, "is my private land. I have a large workshop out there filled with weapons that I'm still working on. If that's where they're headed, which is the only obvious explanation, there could be dire consequences. If they find and enter it, our enemy could gain some of my most deadliest weapons. I don't know how they could've known it was there...."

I stared in horror at the screen, enemies receiving a Starks most deadliest weapons....that could not go well. I looked at my father with a worried expression on my face. He seemed to understand.

"Are you sending planes to shoot them down?" My father said to his own. Howard shook his head in thought, "by the time our own planes get there, these planes will be right over top of my lab. If they were to crash on top of it, I can only imagine the explosion caused by it. Our own fighters would die, as well as any surrounding farmers. And all my weapons will be destroyed, as well as the plans for them; I'd have to start from scratch. But I suppose we have no choice, it's either that or the enemy defeats us in the long run. It'll take them little effort once they lay hands on my weapons."

We all went into morbid silence, contemplating the options. It was a hard decision but seemed obvious to me. What we really needed were the Avengers. They could easily take down these planes. I looked at my dad, he was an avenger himself, and if he had more than just one of his suits he could take down these planes as well. But that just wasn't out luck today. With only one suit it wouldn't work. The enemy would have guns and bombs, and even if Dad went there, it would be the same situation that Howard explained would happen if we sent planes, in terms of his work exploding and all. Less lives would be lost if Dad went by himself, but that could mean that he could die as well. Not that's he's never put his life on the line, in fact he's done it wayyy too many times for my liking.

However before anymore planning could be done, my earlier wishes came true; the ones of wanting the Avengers.

A bright light filled the room, the same one we experienced when we time traveled back. A few shouts entered the room, some saying we were under attack and some were simply in confusion. With a rumble four figures dropped out of mid air and onto the ground with a thump. Just as we had been greeted, many soldiers stood up with guns pointed towards them.

I recognized them easily; it was our own Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton, and Bruce Banner!!
