Ivy stares at the Serpent jacket in front of her. She traces the snake emblem on the back. "Pea!" She yells. "What?" He asks. "What is this?" She asks holding it in front of him. "We did some thinking at the Wyrm & we want you to be a Serpent, like us." He says giving her a smile. "Plus you'd look so hot in one." He says looking her up & down.

"Am I even worthy? I have lived on the Northside my whole life. I don't know the first thing about being a Serpent." She says sitting on the couch next to him. "You have a great group of people who are gonna help you out." He reassures her. "Okay." She smiles. He hugs her & then connects their lips. After she pulls away she yawns. "Let's get your pretty head to bed." Sweet Pea says picking her up & taking her to the bedroom.

The two woke up to banging on their door. Sweet Pea groggily gets up & goes to the door. "Where's Ivy?" Toni asked walking in. "Sleeping. You do realize it's nine in the morning right?" Sweet Pea asks rubbing his eyes. "Yes but she needs to start learning as soon as she possibly can!" Toni says pointing at her tall friend. "So go get her up & let's get a move on." Toni shoos Sweet Pea to the next room.

After Ivy gets ready she leaves with Toni on her motorcycle. They head to the mall, more specifically Victoria's Secret. "What are we doing here?" Ivy asks her friend. "Well, if you wanna join the club, you gotta do the dance. The Serpent dance." Toni says looking at lingerie sets. "Excuse me, Serpent dance?" Ivy says confused. "It's an outdated, sexist Serpent tradition. Tried to get it outlawed but misogyny dies hard." Toni says annoyed. Ivy gives her a persistent look. "Well..." Toni trails off. "Well what?" Ivy asks getting frustrated. "You basically have to strip & dance on the pole in the Whyte Wyrm." Ivy stops where she was, jaw dropped, & appalled.

"Oh man. What have I gotten myself into." Ivy mumbles to herself. Ivy & Toni walked around the mall looking for something appropriate for Ivy to wear. They finally found a lacy black set that was perfect for the occasion. The two went back to his trailer & got something to eat. "Okay, so this part isn't needed for you to become a serpent, but it is critical to know these things for you to be a good serpent." Toni says taking a bite of her food. "It's the Serpent laws." "What might those be?" Ivy asked confused. "Just ways to live by while being a Serpent." Toni answers. The two work on the Serpent laws & then Toni leaves cause they have school the next day.

Ivy wakes up next to Sweet Pea & her dogs. She gets up & makes breakfast for her & her... well not sure what they are, but Sweet Pea. "Sweets! Get up we have school." Ivy yells into the bedroom. She sees her new jacket hanging on the coat rack. She's doing the Serpent dance tonight after school at the Wyrm. She feels two strong arms grasping her waist & she smiles. She feels safe for the first time with someone. On their way out Ivy grabs her Serpent jacket & slips it on.

The two get on the motorcycle & head to school. Ivy walks hand in hand with Sweet Pea in the school & she gets looks from people but she doesn't care. She's being who she feels she needs to be. She smiles as she sees her other Serpent friends in the lounge room. "How's it look huh?" Ivy says spinning in a circle. "Yes!! It looks so good." Toni says. "When's your initiation?" Fangs asks. "Tonight." Ivy says nervously. All of the sudden she sees the bulldogs walk in. She rolls her eyes before going to the vending machine.

"You're joking right? Take off that stupid ass jacket Ivy." Reggie says walking up to her. "No Reggie. Sorry you don't control me anymore." Ivy says getting her candy bar out. "God. A weekend without me & you already went ballistic. Wearing this stupid thing." He says grabbing her jacket firmly trying to take it off. Ivy stumbled & usually she would sit here & take his bullshit but before she can control herself she punched him. She punched him right in the face. He fell to the ground & Ivy looks at her hand & chuckles. She hears Sweet Pea laughing. "That's my girl." He says & she melts at his words.

"What the fuck Ivy." Reggie says getting up & holding his face. "What, you can push & be rough with me but I can't do the same to you? That doesn't seem fair does it?" Ivy says being a smart ass. Reggie & the bulldogs walk out & Veronica & Betty walk in with Jughead & Archie. "Okay, who gave Reggie the shiner?" Archie asked. Ivy raised her hand & Jughead gave her a look. "Ivy Waters. Is that a Serpent jacket I see?" Jughead asked. "You bet. Initiations tonight. You better come!" Ivy says pointing at her friend. "Yeah but if I catch you looking, I will kick your ass." Sweet Pea says. Ivy laughs, knowing he's being serious. They all head to class & Ivy dreads going to class with Reggie.

A/N: Sorry for the late uploads. I have been super busy but I'm trying. Also, I'm gonna be doing some things out of order. It's just the way the story is flowing. Everything will work out in the end I promise :-))
