The next day I decided to go out pretty early. Felix and Kelsey were still asleep and Alyssa was at her interview so I got dressed and walked down the street. As I was walking, I saw a shop with a bunch of stuffed pokémon in the window. "Hey this is the pokécenter." I said as I walked in. I saw a lady at the front desk and before she said anything I said "English please?" And she nodded her head. "Are you a tourist?" She asked. "Kind of. My friend has an interveiw over there." I said pointing to the Nintendo building. "Oh." She said smiling and nodding her head. I just walked over to a shelf and picked out a stuffed mightyena, a Pikachu piggy bank, and a Charizard statue. "That will be 30 American dollars." She said. "Here you go." I said grabbing a twenty and a ten out of my pocket and leaving. That lady irritated me.
As I was walking, I saw a truck with a bunch of stuff in it. One of the things in it looked like Felix's camera. No one was looking so I walked up and looked around. I saw his camera, laptop, and all my jewelry in the back. I just slowly backed away and dialed 911. "Kon'nichiwa?" Said the person on the other line. "English?" I said. "Yes. What is your emergency?" Said the person. "Um I'm staying at a hotel on Yohan street and we called a few days ago about a robbery?" I said. "Yes. I remember. So what's the news?" Said the lady. "Well I was walking down the street and I found a truck with all our stuff in it." I said. "What are you in front of?" She asked. "A really old looking shop. The name is Kōeki-sho." I said quickly seeing someone walk out. "The police station is just around the corner. I'll send someone out now." She said before hanging up. "Rude." I mumbled as I heard sirens. A police car pulled up and two guys started to run. The police started chasing them but then another police car pulled up and the person who got out released a dog and the dog jumped on top of one of the guys and a police officer tackled the other one. They hand-cuffed them and one car drove away with them. "Miss?" Someone said. "Yes?" I said turning around. "Would you like someone to bring your stuff to the hotel?" He asked. "Yes." I said. "Actually, can I get something out first?" I asked. "Of course." He said. I walked up to the truck and looked in a box full of my jewelry. "Yes!" I said as I pulled out a necklace. "I can't believe I found it." I Said tearing up. It was my moms necklace. I quickly put it on and started walking back to the hotel. Kelsey and Alyssa and Felix were never gonna believe this.
