Chapter 6-it blows over with somw consequenses

When Felix texted Kelsey, I was really worried that a fight would start between me and Felix and Kelsey again. I suddenly felt a pressure in my belly. "Ouch!" I gasped as I fell to the couch. Felix immediately stopped texting and ran over to me. "Kelly are you ok?!?" He asked as he rubbed my back. "Yea I'm fine. I just felt something in my belly that startled me. I don't even know why I said ouch." I laughed. As I rubbed my belly, I felt it again. "Felix I know what it is!" I said exited. "What?" He asked. "It's the baby kicking." I said as I leaned up against his shoulder.

Felix had forgotten all about the fight so when he went to bed, I got his phone. I went to the messages and thankfully he hadn't sent the message yet. I immediately deleted it and put his phone back where it was. I then let all the dogs out in the backyard, and got in the shower.

I was almost done when I heard a bunch of barking and yipping going on outside. I quickly put on my robe and ran to the backyard. "Maya! Edger! Shilo! Scar!" I screamed as I saw a coyote attacking them. I grabbed a broom and hit the coyote as hard as I could. It all of a sudden started stalking up on me and got in a striking position. Scar, the only dog that hadn't gotten hurt, immediately came to my side. He growled at the coyote and I all of a sudden remembered his training as a puppy. When he was younger, we took him to a special class for German shephereds where they were taught special words to attack special things. "Scar bimbo!" I yelled hoping it was the right word. It was. Scar ran at full speed towards the coyote and jumped on top of it as he wrestled it to the ground. "Scar zing!" I yelled to make him hold the coyote on the ground. I ran inside and got Felix out of bed. "Go on! Get out of here!" He yelled as he started hitting the coyote on the nose with the broom. "Dra åt helvete din dumma coyote!" I yelled. I was learning Swedish so I could talk to Felix in Swedish! I was actually getting pretty good. The coyote got up and jumped over the fence to the backyard. I ran over to shilo and edger and maya. They were laying on the ground in pools of blood but I could tell they were breathing. Maya was hurt the worst. Most likely cause if her missing eye. "We need to get a bigger fence..." I sighed as I picked up shilo and Felix got maya and Edgar. "Scar come!" I said as we got in the car and started driving to the animal hospital.
