Chapter 13-The trip

I was sitting on the couch when my phone rang. It was Alyssa. "Hey. What's up?" I said as I answered. "Something big now add Kelsey!"

For you!" Kelsey said. "The whole interview will take a week so I want you two to come with me!" Alyssa said happily. "Sure!" I said immediately. Me and Alyssa waited in silence for Kelsey to answer. "I,uh- I don't know." Kelsey mumbled. "Oh come on please!" Me and Alyssa begged. "O-ok." She muttered. "Yay!" We both squealed. "We're leaving next week, we'll meet at the airport at 8:00 A.M., ok bye!" Alyssa said quickly as she hung up. I was feeling a mix of emotions. Nintendo is in Japan and if she gets the job she'll have to stay in Japan. I was happy for her but at the same time I was really sad cause I would lose a friend. Kind of. I would still be able to contact her but it just wouldn't be the same. "Felix!" I called. "What is it?" He asked as he came out of the bedroom. "Alyssa wants me and Kelsey to go to Japan with her in a week for a job interview with Nintendo." I said as I watched his facial expressions. "That's awesome! I love the games Nintendo puts out!" He said as he sat down next to me. "If she works there, we could get some 'inside detail' about the games there putting out!" He said excitedly. "Could you go on down there and find us a room at a hotel?" I asked him. "Sure. I'll leave tomorrow." He said.

*1 week later*

I hopped out of my car and walked in the airport. "Hey Alyssa. Is Kelsey here yet?" I asked looking around. "No not yet." She said as she looked up from her phone. She looked so happy so I had to look happy. For her sake. I couldn't let her know I was sad.

"Hey Kelsey, we've been waiting on you." Alyssa said as Kelsey walked up lugging her bags behind her. "Yea well I'm here now." She said grumpily."Kelsey lighten up some or Alyssa will think we don't want her to get the job!" I thought to myself. "Ok! Let's go take our seats!" Alyssa said as she smiled and walked to the waiting area.

"8:00 AM flight to Tokyo, Japan is now boarding, I repeat 8:00 AM flight for Tokyo, Japan is now boarding." Said the announcer lady. "That's us!" Alyssa said as she got up and walked to the boarding area. I was right behind her when a few of my fans stopped me. "Hi, Kelly. I'm a huge fan. Could you sign this for me?" I young girl asked as she handed me a piece if paper. "Sure!" I said happily as I gladly sighed it for her. "Can I get a hug and a picture?" A boy asked. "Sure." I said as I hugged him and posed for a picture. "Ok, bye guys!" I said as I boarded the plane. "I'm glad my fans aren't the crazy ones who want to tear me limb from limb." I said as I sat down. Kelsey sat between us and me and Alyssa started laughing. "What is it?" She asked. "Your hair. It looks like fans have been pulling it!" I said giggling. "Everyone buckle yourselves, we're taking off!" Said the pilot. I slipped in my headphones and put on New Years Day by Black Veil Brides.
