Cliche #12 - when the characters look boring
I didn't really know how to explain this one, but it annoys me when all the characters have almost all the same physical characteristics.
Example:
I ran a hand through my straight dark brown hair that reached down to my waist. I looked into my friend's brown eyes that looked exactly like mine. She was also running her hand through her hair that looked e x a c t l y like mine. surprise surprise. All my friends and I have the same brown eyes and hair because other colors are lame.

Uhhh, no! Can we please get a character with red, blonde, or black hair. Or maybe even dyed purple hair. Just please, no more all dark brown hair or "chocolate" colored eyes. It's okay if one or two characters have that look, but just make sure you don't describe them exactly the same.
