Example:
"Yo, I got a car for my birthday," friend #1 says.
I teared up. Everyone looked at me in concern. My boyfriend came and cradled me in my arms. "What's wrong?" he asked with a worried expression.
"I-I'm just so happy that friend #1 got a car!" At this point I was full bawling and my bf was whispering sweet things in my ear to calm me down.
After about eternity, I finally stopped crying. Everyone silently thanked God that it was over.
"Oh, no!" friend #2 cried out. "I accidentally left my lunch card in the library!"
And before I knew it, the tears came again.
