Hoiiiii. Don't know what to say so enjoy!
Zora's POV
The stairs are super squeaking, which is exactly what I don't need right now. As I get about halfway down the stair makes a really loud squeak.
"Who's there?" I hear a voice. It sounds similar to Dark's but I could tell it isn't him, it felt more robotic. I can hear someone walking over to the stairs and I panic. I can't go up because that'd make more noise. I can't go down because that's where he's coming from. So I decide to just stand there, maybe he won't see me?
"Ah, Miss Walker, it was only you. Sorry you gave me quite the scare," a man says. He's wearing a blue shirt with a white G on it and is holding a silver plate.
"Googleplier?" I ask looking at him and slowly walking down the stairs. He simply nods at my words,"I didn't think I'd see you ever in my life."
"Ah, well Darkiplier ordered for me to serve you breakfast. I was gonna bring it up to you, but since your down here, wanna join me and one of our members for breakfast?" He asks in a monotone. I smile and nod. I follow him as he walks off to the table I assume.
When we enter the room, I see someone sitting there looking kind of bored. He didn't see me yet and is just kind of staring at the table and tapping his nails on it. Google motions to a seat and I sit down kind of awkwardly. Google puts plate in front of us and then another one for him and sits next to me.
"Breakfast is served," he announces as if it is needed, which it isn't but I'll try to not judge. The other dude just looks up at Google from his seat.
"Thank you, Google," I mutter as I pick up the fork from the table to start eating. The dude finally notices me and freaks out a little.
"Google, who is this?!" He yells pointing his entire arm at me.
"This is Dark's Guest. It's best if we make her as comfortable as possible so Dark won't punish us," Google explains, spitting out the words guest and punish. That alone gives me a shiver," care to introduce yourself?" He motions over to him.
"O-oh yeah. Well, hi. I'm Dr. Iplier, I specialize in the medical field and I am a therapist too. Kinda my job if ya know what I mean," He says acting like he's cool. It's just weird though and it's making me uncomfortable," and you are?"
"I'm Zora," I says politely and take a bite of the food.
"That's a nice name," he compliments. I just mutter thank you and we eat in silence.
"So, where are you from?" Dr. Iplier asks as we clean up breakfast.
"I small town in Ohio. You probably wouldn't know it unless you knew someone from there, which isn't likely," I explain as I pick up my plate from the table.
"Mark grew up in Ohio. Then moved to California," he explains to me while grabbing his own plate and we place them in the sink.
"I know," I answer simply. He looks at me shocked but I ignore it and look at Googleplier.
"Hey, what do we do now?" I ask him in an oddly comforting way.
"Well, Dark will be upset to figure out that you snuck out of your room, but as long as you stay in the house you will be fine. I have some things to work on, so you may have to entertain yourself," Google explains.
"Well, I haven't been around here long so I wouldn't know what to do," I mutter looking down in hopes he'd let me come wi-
"You can come with me if you want to. I have a patient that I've been helping for a while, but it hasn't been working. Maybe seeing a new face could help," Dr. Iplier explains half-heartedly as he wraps an arm around me. I just nod awkwardly and stare at Google like I need help.
"Okay I'm off to my room. Have fun you two," Google waves as he walks off towards the stairs.
"You ready to go Zora?" Dr. Iplier asks. I turn around and nod.
"Yes sir," I answer smiling at him.
"Oh darling, call me Mark. Dr. Iplier is just my business name," Mark explains. I just nod to him," okay let's go!" He heads out of the room and I follow. We end up at a door. He opens it and lets me through first.
"You sure I should be coming with you?" I ask cautiously. He smiles and nods at me.
"Dark won't be mad as long as you don't get hurt or go missing. He also won't be home for another two hours, which is plenty of time for the meeting," He explains as he closes the door behind him and walks over to a car. I follow silently and he lets me sit in the front seat, which is oddly comfortable.
***A Pleasant Time Skip***
We arrive at an odd building. He stops the car and we both get out to go inside. We walk in and a lady greets us from across a sign in desk type of thing.
"Oh, Doctor, you're here, and who is this ball of sunshine?" The Lady asks, and talk about a friendly introduction.
"This is Zora. She's a friend of mines daughter. Zora, this is Miss Samuels. She works with me here in our own world," he introduces.
"She's so adorable! She looks a lot like Dark," She inspects from across the counter.
"Really? That's odd, especially since she isn't related to him. She is Joe's kid actually," He says to her.
"His name's Shawn," I mutter upsettingly. He looks at me like I'm crazy.
"Sean? As in JackSepticE-"
"No idiot!" I yell before covering my mouth. They both just laugh.
"She acts just like him too," Miss Samuels mocks still laughing. Mark stops laughing and looks at me.
"I think its just because she's been in our world for as long as she has," Mark guesses. I shrug and hide my head from them.
"Well better be heading to the room now. See you later Debra," he grabs my hand and we start walking past her and down a few hallways. We enter a room with a carpet, a couch, a chair, and a coffee table. all the furniture looks really comfy," You may take off your shoes in here. It's meant to be a comforting environment so our patients can calm themselves here. The carpet also feels really nice."
I nod and pull off the shoes I didn't know I was wearing until now. I toss both of them towards the door and lay myself on the floor. Then I hear some knocking on the door.
"Ah, he's here!"
