Jesse's P.O.V:

I can't live without them. I mean, Lukas is always there to comfort me and protect me, but Aiden is always there to hang out with me and cheer me up on my sad days. I don't know, but I need them. If I could, I'd just marry them both, but then Lukas would probably try to strangle Aiden again. It's time for me to decide. Nah, I'll just go ask Petra.

I head up to the treehouse and open the door, darn it, just Axel.

"Hey Axel, what are you doing all alone?" He sighs and says, "I really like Olivia, but for some reason she is always into Radar and I just feel like she'll reject me." I feel ya man.. sadly I do.

"I can relate." I huff as I sit down and steal a piece of Axel's cake.

"Heyyyyyyyyy." He whines.

"Aw you sound so cute when you whine." I say, yuck did I just say that?

I add, "You know something?" He looks at me, "I feel like every time I see you, there is always a cake in the area, or in your hands." We start laughing for a bit.

"You know we should go do something." He says, and I look at him and joke, "Yeah, let's go to a resturant and order some more cake." We crack up laughing and he says, "We coooouuuld."

"Oh, your serious? Okay, I'll get my money and let's go." We get ready to leave and we head out.

Down the street, we see Aiden and Lukas at a bar. 'Please don't see me.' Axel looks at me and he notices that I am staring at them. "Eh, don't worry about them. They are probably drunk on wine and beer and won't even worry about you." I sigh and mumble, "That's kinda the problem, do they even care."

Axel immediately regrets what he just said, but thankfully the restaurant is right there and no more words have to be said.

"I'll order a vanilla cake with strawberries and peaches on the inside." Axel says, and I hand him my money for later. I hate when boys fight over paying, I just think it is stupid. I guess though you get free food?

"Aw, you still remember my favorite cake?" I ask. To be honest though, Axel will eat any cake, just as long as it isn't healthy 🤣. Okay fine, he does eat healthy, it just doesn't look at it. Anyways.

"Yep!" He says, mostly proud of himself but then the mood gets ruined when... ugh. Lukas.

"Axel, behind you." I whisper. He turns around and says, "Maybe he doesn't kno-" He stops talking when he sees Lukas spot us.

"Hey guys, whatcha doin'?" He asks, uggghhh Lukas. Can't you just stay out of people's business?

"Oh nothing, we just went to get something to eat is all." Axel mumbles. Lukas asks, "You guys on a date?" We both blush hard at that thought and I say, a little too fast, "What pfft, WHAT? I mean like, whaaaaaaaat?" They both look at me like I am crazy. I facepalm and cover it up, "No, just why are you here?" Lukas says, "Oh I saw you and wanted to say hi."

"..." I stay silent and Axel realizes there is a problem, usually he would stand up at his fullest height and make himself look intimidating to protect me, but since we are at a restaurant better not do that.

Lukas leaves, we pay for our checks, and we head back to the treehouse. Oh uhh, maybe we are holding hands? ...

We head to the treehouse and, of course, Petra is there. She literally screams when she sees us and our hands let go immediately. ...
