The next few days were really depressing for you. All you could think about was Bill.

Richie and Stan stayed over at your house to be there for you ( Eddie would too but his mom wouldn't let him and Beverly was out of town )

Richie was acting really different since Bills death. He hasn't made any dirty jokes or even used any humour at all. Only once in a while while he tired to cheer you up.

Richie was sitting beside you rubbing your back.

Richie: it's going to be okay, I promise.

You were taking it harder than the other boys.

Stanley: come on guys why don't we play some video games to take our minds off it?

Video games is all you have been doing for the last 2 days when Richie and Stan were over. It's the only thing you could do to get your mind off of it. Richie and Stan couldn't trust you by yourself and they haven't left the house since they got there.

You would have your occasional breakdowns every day. You've caught Stan crying a few times too. Richie has just seemed straight up depressed but tried not to show it too much.

A tear rolled down your face.

Richie: come on don't make me cry too!

Stan: it's okay to cry...

Y/n: I should go get the mail...

You walk outside and open the mailbox.

Y/n: just the daily newspapers... you brought them inside.

Richie: what you got there?

Y/n: the Sunday papers...

Stan: does it say anything about Bill?

Y/n: I dunno...

Turned out he was in the front cover

You started to read it out loud.

Y/n: a tragic event happened here in Derry this weekend as 14 year old Bill Denbrough was rumoured dead on Friday. It is still a mystery on what really happened. 2 kids brought Denbrough into the hospital full of scratches, blood, a broken arm, and recently found out he had cracked his skull causing severe head injuries. To our surprise we just got a report from the hospital that he may he alive but in a coma. WHAT!?

Stan: keep reading!

Y/n: doctors are doing everything they can to figure out if he is alive or not. There is still hope. We will keep you updated.

You all started freaking out.

Stan: don't keep our hopes up guys... he still could be dead. Most likely dead.

Richie: come on Stan where's the positivity?

Y/n: turn on the news channel!

Richie grabs the remote and switches to the news channel.

Stan: hey come on guys I was playing donkey Kong!

Richie: what's more important right now? Bill could be alive and you complain about not playing donkey Kong?

Stan: you guys know I never get to play video games at home...

Richie: Stan you have been playing video games all weekend.

Y/n: what are they taking about?

Richie: let's watch.

News reporter: And now we bring you an update on our story earlier of Bill Denbrough, supposedly past away Friday. After the doctors figure out he could possibly be in a coma, they tried everything they could to figure out if the 14 year old boy was alive or not. Doctors thought they had seen him move from his position he was in when they entered the hospital room multiple times. We will be back right away if we get any updates.

Y/n: guys... that's insane!

Richie: come on guys he has to be alive!

Y/n: don't get excited yet... we could be hyping up for nothing!

Stan: true...

13 minutes later the news channel immediately turned back to the Lady talking about Bill before.

News reporter: we have received amazing news from the hospital just recently. Doctors have been working hard all day to finally come to conclusion that Bill Denbrough is alive. He woke up at 3:22 p.m. today, not remember a single thing that happened, not knowing why he was in the hospital.

You immediately drop the remote, your eyes wide as saucers.

You and the 2 boys run out the door, down the streets, finally reaching the hospital.

You run up to the front desk.

Y/n: what room is Bill Denbrough in?

Receptionist: I'm sorry, but I'm afraid we can't have visitors in that room at this momen-

Y/n: TELL ME WHERE IT IS!

Richie: calm down y/n!

Y/n: SHUT UP RICHIE! NOW WHERE IS IT?

you are out of breath.

The receptionist has a worried look on her face.

Receptionist: umm... room 26 floor 3...

You grab their hands and run to the stairs.

Stan: were not taking the elevator?

Y/n: who gives a shit the stairs are faster dipshit now hurry!

Richie and Stan look at eachother and shrug.

You finally reach the room. You knock on the door as hard as you can.

Y/n: WHERE IS BILL?

a doctor opens the door.

Doctor 1: I'm sorry but we can't have-

You push through her and run over to Bills hospital bed.

Bill looks really weak. He can barely speak.

Bill: y/n... c-c-come here p-please! I n-need you!

You run up to Bill, and start crying.

His eyes are also filled with tears.

Y/n: I thought I was never gonna see you again! I thought-

Bill: you and Eddie s-saved me... why?

Y/n: because I love you.

You pulled in his face and kissed him. And this time you meant it. It was long. He tried to lift his arms to hold around you but he can barely move.

Bill: n-n-never l-leave me here alone!

Y/n: I'm not going anywhere!
