The sun shined through Hunter's window. Hunter awoke in her room, her walls painted a pastel blue color. Hunter threw her grey sheets away from her legs and set her feet on the ground near her bed. The carpet felt nice on the bottoms of her feet, she was comfortable. Hunter walked along her bed and headed to her closet. She opened the closet and grabbed a black t-shirt with a grey wolf on it. The wolf had blue eyes and the head took up most of the shirt. Suddenly memories started to flash through Hunter's head of how she got the shirt. It was one of the first shirts Alex got her, it was her favorite shirt because the wolf made her remember who she was before Alex. The kind of person she was. A lone wolf. Hunter slipped off her pajama shirt and put on a black bra then slipped the wolf shirt over her body. Suddenly a memory flashed into her head of a past conversation with Alex.

The sky was bright blue with splotches of clouds in the air. Alex stood outside Hunter's classroom waiting for the bell to ring. He wore a nice flannel shirt with a pair of nice black jeans. he held a small red bag in his hand and a flower bouquet in the other. A loud ring ran through the schoolyard and the door in front of Alex opened a few groups of kids walked out of the classroom and suddenly Hunter walked out of the classroom surprised to see Alex waiting there for her. Hunter ran up and kissed Alex.

"Happy Anniversary babe. Here I go this for you." Alex pushed the small red bag and flowers towards Hunter.

"I thought we weren't going to get anything for each other."

"I know you said that but I didn't think it was right not getting you anything for our 6 month anniversary."

"it's just our 6 month Alex." Hunter began to open the red bag, inside an envelope with something soft wrapped in red tissue paper. Hunter opened the envelope to see a home made card in it. she read the card and smiled. She looked up at Alex. Alex waved his hand for her to continue opening the gift. She put the card back in the bag and grabbed the red tissue paper. She unwrapped it to find a folded black shirt in it. "Your mom wrapped this didn't she?" Hunter chuckled.

"Ummm maybe." Alex laughed. Hunter unfolded the shirt and saw the giant wolf head on it.

"A wolf head?" Hunter wondered.

"Yeah, I remembered when we first got together you told me that you were a lone wolf before we met and that made me think/ I wanted to get you a shirt with a wolf on it so you can remember who you were and how much better you are now. I'll never let you go back to being a lone wolf again. You can always count on me Hunter, I'll never leave you or hurt you ever." Hunter's eyes started to fill with tears of joy. She leapt into Alex's arms and hugged him.

"I love you so much Alex." Hunter said in his ear.

"I love you too Hunter." Alex said as he hugged her back.

Hunter was snapped out of the memory by a white and grey husky face.

"Hey Wolf." Hunter scratched the top of the husky's head. Wolf panted and slightly closed his eye as if enjoying the scratch.

"Hunter! breakfast is ready!" Hunter heard Sonah yell.

"Coming!" Hunter grabbed her black backpack and ran down the stairs of her house with Wolf following close behind her. Sonah saw the shirt Hunter was wearing and she was surprised to see her wearing it. She looked at Sam and moved her eyes like she was pointing at Hunter with her eyes. With a mouth full of food Sam looked over at Hunter and with a surprised face at seeing the shirt.
