Shadow knocked on Mahiru's apartment door which had was slightly ajar and she called out to see if Mahiru who didn't answer back. She heard what sounded like a shower going but she also heard a game boy blairing noise and she ignored it waiting by the door. The noise didn't subside so she got irritated and slowly opened the door to come face to face with a guy wearing a blue winter jacket but she knew he was a vampire by his smell. She looked closely at his face because for some reason his face he looked quite familiar. He caught her staring at him and looked deep into her eyes but as much as he could sense she seemed to have forgotten who he was .

Shadow blinked before she spoke:

(Shadow) " Who..are you?..I thought Mahiru only lived with his uncle and cat"

(Kuro) "This is so bothersome I could just die ..I'm Kuro "

(Shadow) " Kuro..that's a strange name..I'm Miss knight the assistant teacher at school"

(Kuro) " I figured that much out but we both know we are both vampires"

(Shadow) " I see.. so if your a vampire what are you doing here?"

(Kuro) " Mahiru.. is my eve I'm a Servamp "

(Shadow) " Servamp..Eve..It makes sense why I felt such power from Mahiru..does that mean the cat was you too"

(Kuro) " Yes..why am I even telling you?"

(Shadow) " Perhaps we have something in common besides Being vampires"

(Kuro) " I see..I guess Mahiru is out of the shower"

Shadow moved back to the living room to see Mahiru is causal clothes and wet hair but he froze seeing Miss Knight. She coughed and then spoke:

(Shadow) " Sorry I didn't mean to barge in but the door was opened and I just met your vampire friend"

(Mahiru) " Oh..yeah kind of strange I know but he's a the Servamp of Sloth and also my cat"

(Shadow) " Figured as much I'm a vampire too but I won't hurt you after all I came here to help you with studying"

(Mahiru) " I know that..let's get to it then"

Shadow sat on the opposite side of the table explaining things to Mahiru which he listened and understood very carefully. Kuro was listening to Shadow as she explained things in vivid detail reminded him of the good four years he knew back in the late 1700s.
