My maker Sleeping ash or Kuro as he is called now asked me to meet him at a spa resort which it been the first I have ever been near the beach. When I first became a vampire 200 years ago I spent a majority of my time trying to avoid contact with people but over the years I have learned to blend in more and sunlight doesn't even faze me. I wanted until almost sunset to arrive because it would be weird talking to a cat in the day time so night time seemed to be the best time to wait for my maker meet me.

(Kuro) " Ever..I mean Shadow you seem more relaxed here then you were at your home"

(Shadow) " It's my first time at a beach..there's also less people at night"

(Kuro) "I see..night is better travel for vampires but the day time doesn't seem to bother you....Do you know why I asked to come here?"

(Shadow) " You want to see my powers am I right ?"

(Kuro) " Well..yes but there's another reason but show me what your capacity of Shadow "

Shadow closed her eyes then reopened then to a bright red and then she concentrated suddenly a giant  wall surrounded them. Kuro felt the power around him and was amazed by its deep blue color like his power. Shadow then turned to Kuro making the shield smaller in
Front of her and spoke again:

(Shadow) " Try..breaking my shield..Kuro"

(Kuro) " Are you sure I might hurt you ?"

(Shadow) " You wanted to see what I can do..so attack and I will show you"

Kuro nodded his head then released some of his magic and it rebounded back to him which surprised him. Shadow just smirked and then he released a larger amount of his  vampire magic which also didn't faze the shield one bit. Shadow released the shield and turned to Kuro as her eyes flickered back to their beautiful ocean blue. Kuro didn't understand how his only subclass was that strong but then he remembered what she said before about her family those many years ago. When Ever was human her family was abnormal and now as vampire she was shield for magic which counted on her mental ability along with her using her conscious will. Kuro walked up the Shadow and cupped her face kissing her in a deep kiss before he lead her to the resort meet the others which she already met but she tell Kuro that because she was curious if their reactions.
