Accidental subclass (Servamp : On Hold)

Kuro, Mahiru and the other Servamps with there Eves were at the hot spring relaxing after the end of the school semester. Kuro invited Shadow to come along with but she said she would come until later because of paperwork for the school. Kuro and Mahiru were the only in the hot spring water just relaxing when Mahiru decided to talk.

(Mahiru) " Kuro..Miss Knight What is she to you?"

(Kuro) " Well.. her real name is Ever she was only human I talked to for four years and during that time she understood me. At first I thought she was another annoying human but she was rather smart and a good fighter even if she was just a black smiths daughter."

(Mahiru) " I thought you said before you didn't have any subclasses?"

(Kuro) " Well.. Ever or Shadow she calls herself was the only human that  I tried to turn.. I thought I had failed so I left not trying to make another vampire ever"

(Mahiru) " That's why you said you didn't have any but if you failed how is she here now"

(Kuro) " My blood apparently took two days to revive her into a vampire and I didn't know she was alive but just always had hope even if it was a slim chance"

(Mahiru) " I see..so her being a vampire was an accident and all this time she has been alone"

(Kuro) " Yeah..but she had lost a majority of her memories especially those four years that we knew each other"

(Mahiru) " Oh..Do you love her?"

(Kuro) " It's more complicated then that..even if that is true there's this some issues we have to work through and even if she doesn't hate me for abandoning her. We are vampires harder to kill then most creatures and I want to earn her trust again but I did tell her I loved her so that's a start"

(Mahiru) " I didn't know vampires could love or feel that way towards for one another"

(Kuro) " Normally we don't but she was different to me and even now I still feel the connection we once had but this time I won't run away anymore"

(Mahiru) " I'm glad your facing things and you have been more open with me but We should enjoy this peaceful time before we have another unexpected thing happen"

(Kuro) " you're right this is a Hot spring..Shadow will be joining us later tonight "

(Mahiru) " Okay.."

Mahiru and Kuro were laying in the spring letting the hot water relax them both. Kuro knew Shadow was strong independent woman but what surprised him the most was how much power she could wield for being his subclass. He didn't think of her as one of his creations but more of a forgotten love that he wished to rekindle even if it may take time his heart still wanted her.
