Chapter 13:

Tori's POV

We were driving.

The problem was I didn't know where.

"Cameron?" I asked

"Hmm?" He said

"Where are we going?"

"Go to my house I need clothes"

"Clothes?" I asked confused

"Tori we're on the run" he said

Shit he was right we couldn't go anywhere I couldn't use moms card. I'm gonna have to pull out as much cash as possible.

"Ok I'm going to drop you off at your house I'm then going to go to the hotel and check out get all our stuff out of there then talan and I are going to go pack a bag at our house and then I'll come pick you up and we'll go and pull as much cash as possible out of the bank" I said

"Sounds like a plan" he said smiling

How the hell could he be smiling we almost got killed I laughed at the thought

Ok I guess it was funny but I couldn't explain how

I dropped cam off and a worry expression crossed his face

"Don't get hurt. Please" he said

"Oh yeah I'll just drive my car off a cliff cause I feel like it" I said

"I'm serious I care about you to much"

What? He cares about me? Well our kisses were pretty deep

"Mmkay ditto don't get hurt" I said and sped off while watching him in my rear view mirror

"Is he your boyfriend?" Talan asked sounding hurt

"No he's been helping me cope nothing more" I said

We got to the hotel and grabbed everything and then drove to our house.

"Talan stay here" I said

"but-t I wanna go in" he said

"No stay if you move you'll regret it" I said

I went inside and the aroma of comfort filled my nose. I missed this house so much the one I grew up in were I cried, laughed, screamed, slept my whole entire life was in this house and I don't think I would ever be able to make happy memories here again. I ran up to my room I grabbed half of my closet and my $300 under my mattress that I've been saving. I went into talans room and grabbed all the clothes that I could find. I walked out of his room and glanced down the hallway and stopped dead in my tracks. Was that a shadow?
