Chapter 6:

Tori's POV:

"Get the hell off of me!" I yelled

she tried to punch me but punched the ground instead. I got on top of her and hit her once in the face. I felt like that was enough and got up and turned around. The next thing I knew she's jumping on my back. I run backwards pretty fast and ram her into the wall she wines and I take that as her defeat. I walk to the bathroom and fix my hair and splash water over my face. What the hell just happened?!

Cameron runs into the bathroom

"What the hell?! Are you ok?" He screams

"Uh yeah she jumped me so I kinda had to defend myself. I know it's your ex and all and I'm sorry I didn't cause permanent damage or anything probably some cuts and bruises" I said sheepishly

"Yeah ok whatever I'm gonna check on Mia."

He walked out of the bathroom. Great Cameron officially hates me. I walked out of the bathroom like nothing happened. I sat back down at the table and Nash had a wide tooth grin on his face.

"What?" I ask embarrassed

"Nothing, well just that Mia's a bitch and she had it coming" he said while laughing

His eyes were soooo blue it was captivating. But Cameron's were still the best in my opinion. I didn't quite know why though because they were just brown. But they were this deep chocolate brown that you could just get lost in.

"Well I didn't start it and I'm pretty sure Cameron's pissed at me." I said

"He'll get over it don't worry, him and Mia are complicated she's a bitch and he's not it would never work. And she's just using Gilinsky" he said

"Well I hope Cameron can forgive me but I'm not apologizing to her."

"You shouldn't have to she started it you just finished it. You want me to walk you to class?" He asked

"Yeah that sounds good"

There was something about Nash that was just right. The little country he had in his voice was so adorable. Nash walked me to class and I thanked him we exchanged numbers and he said to meet him after school and we could go hang out. I sat down at a lab table in cooking and checked my phone talan had texted me.

Talan- can I go to Marks after school?

I wanted to hangout with Nash and we both needed a distraction

Me- sure have fun be at the motel by 7 k?

Talan- ok ya thanks

I put my phone in my bag and looked up to see Cameron walk in the door. Shit I forgot we had every class together. He looked at me and sat on the opposite side of the room. I felt a pain in my chest. What had she told him? Class started and the teacher assigned us groups. So far I had a pretty girl who's name was Chelsea, a older boy that looked to be a senior and another boy that looked like he should be in 6th grade I think his name was Matt and a girl named Kristen the teacher continued to name names until she got to Cameron

"You can go to Tori's group" she said

Great. Awkward alert.

He walked over to my group and said nothing he barely made eye contact with me. The teacher said that we had to pick a partner within our group. I tried paring up with Matt but Kristin beat me to it. Cameron and I were partners....even better. I went and sat next to him and he scooted away. Ok then? The teacher continued to talk but I could barely pay attention and Cameron wasn't either he was on his phone. I looked over his shoulder and saw he was texting Mia. Wow shocker. I snapped out of it to realize the teacher said we would be doing a big project in our group and each pair would contribute a part and that we would have to go to each other's houses to work on this project. I honestly don't think Cameron heard. The teacher continued to talk and she said we had an assignment that was due tomorrow. What? It's the first day of school really? That means Cameron and I are gonna have to make up. I tapped Cameron on the shoulder.

"Did you hear her?" I asked

"Yeah." He brushed me off

"Well we can't go to my house"

"Excuse me what!?"he said

"We have a project due tomorrow and she said we have to work with our partners and we can't work in it at my house" I said

"Why?" He asked

I didn't want to answer

"Cause I said we can't" I whispered

"Well we can't do it at my house either so figure it out."

Why was he being so rude?

"What's your problem?!" I almost yelled

"My problem is you almost killed my ex why would you jump on her she has done nothing to you. Why were you so jealous we barely know each other" he said

What the hell?!

"What are you talking about she jumped on me?!"

"That's not what she said"

"We'll believe what you want but I have no reason to lie to you and honestly I have so much to deal with and I shouldn't have to worry about this!"

I picked up my bag and walked out of the classroom I didn't care I couldn't stay in there anymore. I went to the vending machine and grabbed chex mix I sat there and ate them till Nash walked by.

"What are you doing out here?" He asked

"Well Cameron was pissing me off and I didn't want to be in the same room as him"

"Whata rebel" he said laughing

"Yeah he thinks I started everything"

"He's stupid let it blow over and I'll talk to him. K?"

"Yeah thanks Nash. Wait what are you doing out here?" I asked

He held up a green bathroom pass

"Oh. Well don't let me keep you waiting" I said

"Oh no I rather talk to you"

He sat down next to me and started eating my chex mix

"Hey?!" I yelled at him

He grabbed the bag and started running with it.

"Come get it" he said with a smirk

God he was cute I ran after him till I

Caught him I tripped and fell he caught me instantly. Holy crap he was strong. He helped me up

"Well I think you should go back to class" I said

"No I like it out here better" he said smiling

He then leaned in and kissed me holy crap his lips were soft.
