Have I told you how much I love
When you rub my back
Even when I didn't ask you to.
Have I told you how much I love
How you know how to tell when every fruit is ripe
And how we never let them go bad.
Have I told you how much I love
How much you know about space
And how happy you are to tell me about it.
Have I told you how much I love
When you set out the tablecloth for dinner
Even when it's just us.
Have I told you how much I love
The way you smile
When you're talking about history.
Have I told you how much I love
How passionate you are
About so many things that don't affect you.
Have I told you how much I love
When you tell me about how so many traditions are bullshit
But we do them anyway.
Have I told you how much I love
Waking up next to you in the morning
And never needing to miss you.
Have I told you how much I will love
Getting to meet you one day.
