Ash's POV

The principal stood there. A stern expression was taped over his usually jolly face. I bit my lip. This was the person that wanted to take over. That wanted to end so many lives.

I took out my sword, but Gannon stepped in front of me.

"Run Ash. Run. Don't worry about us."

I turned and looked at Carlos that had already been climbing the wall ready to assassinate the principal.

I looked between the three anti-heroes. Both ruthlessly trained to kill humans and human-like things. I looked at my un-human like hands.

And ran.

I crashed through the window at a wolf-like speed. Screams erupted from the library. Screams of horror and pain. I was more of a practical and intelligence based person, and I knew what Mario was able of doing. From electrocuting baby monkeys to leaving a brother behind.

But those things I read were from Gamepedia. And you know how unreliable those articles are.

I dashed through the woods. A white coated-person jumped down next to me. I smiled lightly, knowing that one of my friends was here.

"Gannon is hurt badly, but he said he had a potion in our room. Jay is coming."

I nodded, sliding under a low hanging branch."Is he dead?"

"No. I had to retreat."

"Jay too?"

"Jay too."

I clenched my teeth."He'll die."

Carlos nods and came to a halt. I stopped right beside him. Jay came into view, smiling. An invisible tear rolled down my cheek.

"Before I left, Gannon said he'll hold off fine."

Fine...fine...fine...fine.

I shook the words from my mind."I just hope he'll be okay."

Little did I know, that he wasn't.

Sorry to end it short here, but I have a few things to clear up here. Earlier in the chapter I said 'anti-heroes'. Quoting directly from Dictionary.com; "Antihero: a protagonist who lacks the attributes that make a heroic figure, as nobility and spirit, a life attitude marked by action and purpose, and the like." *ends here making no sense*

Or simplified; "A central character in a novel, play, etc, who lacks the traditional heroic values.'

Me? I call an anti-hero a person that kills another human.

GTAV, Assassin's Creed, anything. And no, I don't think Dust falls into the category.

But Amber?! Link doesn't kill a human!

Yes he does. He kills a human with magic powers. BAAM WHAT. #CantBeTamed.
