1) Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder
a. Essential Feature: Severe temper outburst, persistent angry, irritable mood
- lasts atleast 12 months
- 3x or more a week
- before age 10 but not before age 6
- not diagnose for first time after 18
b. Rule Out: bipolar, IED, depressive episode, ADHD, autism, separation anxiety, substance, ODD

a. Essential Feature: persist for 2 years longer (1 year longer for children and adolescents), many specifiers under depression related disorders
4) Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder
a. Essential Feature: 5+ affective symptoms in the week prior menses, present  in menstrual cycle (two menstrual cycle)
5) Substance/Medication Induced Depressive Disorder
6) Depressive Disorder due to Another Medical Condition
7) Other specified and Unspecified Depressive Disorders
