- occurs prior to or shortly after penetration
- 60 seconds ejaculatory latency time as cut-off for diagnosis for lifelong specifier

4) Delayed Ejaculation
- delay or unable to achieve ejaculation despite sexual stimulation and desire to ejaculate

- absence or reduced frequency of at least 3 of 6 indicators (for atleast 6 months): interest in sexual activity, sexual thoughts or fantasies, initiation of activity, sexual excitement during activity, sexual interest, genital/non genital sensations
- specifier: lifelong or acquired, generalized or situational
6) Gentio-Pelvic Pain / Penetration Disorder
- commonly comorbid with (1/4): difficulty in sexual intercourse, genito-pelvic pain, fear of pain / vaginal penetration, tension of pelvic floor muscles
- experienced 75% to 100% of time
- at least 6 months
- specifier: lifelong or acquired, generalized or situational
7) Female Orgasmic Disorder
- difficulty experiencing orgasm, reduced intensity of orgasmic sensations
- experienced 75% to 100% of time
- at least 6 months
- specifier: lifelong or acquired, generalized or situational
8) Substance / Medication-Induced Sexual Dysfunction
- develop during or soon after substance intoxication or withdrawal
