The Suicide Squad and the Justice League had been gearing up for the assault on Apokolips, the Squad was well equipped with weapons to fight of Darkseid's forces properly.

In the meantime, the Justice League were also gearing up for the assault, putting aside their differences with their evil rivals. The Justice League were at Wayne Manor getting ready, as they were getting ready, they started to discuss about working with the Suicide Squad. "I don't know Bruce, working with Luthor won't end well plus Joker is a wild card." Cyborg stated as he was upgrading his cannon on his arm.

"I know, but this is their world as it is ours, if they like being alive then they will help." Bruce responded while placing a black armored chestplate on his chest.

"But the question is can we trust them at all?" Aquaman asked, he placed armor that resembled fins on his legs then he twirled his trident to get a good grip on it. He walked over to the table were the other members are.

"Well, why don't we get Kara?" Flash looked over and asked before Bruce decided to answer that question.

"Kara isn't ready." He pulled his cowl over before he then turned the news on which had Vicki Vale doing a coverage on the attack that is currently happening as of now.

"Good evening Gotham, I am Vicki Vale reporting to you live from GCTV. Mass crisis looms over our world and evacuation orders have been issued to the city of Metropolis. As the massive planet enters our atmosphere. Here is an imagine of the status that's currently happening in Metropolis.

The question for now is, where is the Justice League, now?" As news continued, Bruce launched the brother eye protocol that would make communications fully operational. He looked over at the league and then pressed his ear piece.

"Luthor, can you hear me? This is Batman." He asked while he entered coordinates into the map to find a point of interest for them. "You and your Squad meet us at the Ace o' clubs bar. Got it?"

Metropolis, LexCorp Lab

"Yes, Batman we will be there shortly, just make sure you and your so called /heroes/ are there there." Lex Luthor looked at the Squad, Deadshot was gearing up with Lexcorp guns and special powerful bullets.

"So you killed Superman huh? And they call me the bad guy." Deadshot remarked as he placed a gun onto his wrist.

"I had to do what was nessecary to protect mankind from someone like him. But, people fail to see the possibility of a rogue Superman. However, I am not foolish eno-...." Luthor was cut off by Joker's loud yawn which was to purposely signify how boring Lex is.

"Blah! Blah! Blah! Tell me when are we going to blow things up! Harley and I want to have some fun!" A soft giggle escaped from Harley's mouth when Joker mentioned her, she was planted on top of Joker's lap.

"I'll say, now that these lovely bombs are deactivated, momma is heading back to Gotham to take care of her babies." Ivy walked past Deathstroke, grabbing some flowers and seeds from the agricultural section of the lab.

"In time Ivy, but as of now we play this little game that the heroes want to play then we will put this debacle behind us. Its clear once this is done, we aren't staying for the after party so we neec an escape plan. Everyone gather around, I have an idea." The villains gathered around Lex and then Lex activated a hologram map displaying Apokolips floating above Metropolis. "So, from my understanding, they used some form of teleportation to get to the planet when Steppenwolf attacked. All we have to do is gain access to one of those devices so once we defeat this /so called/ Darkseid we leave before the League gets us. Enchantress, you will have to put a protection barrier around us until we can escape. After that, we all go our seperate ways from that point on. Got it?" Lex smiled in a sinister like before wrapping up his plan.
