My Secret Affair

Party,drama and some truth

After Carter picked Juniper up and my parents went to bed I got dressed and climbed out the window and got into Mitch's truck, we drove for a couple of minutes until we got to a house party I gave Mitch a look " who has a party on a Wednesday, so we got inside and saw that it was packed so we went and sat outside, neither of us drank so we just talked " do you want to dance?"

We walked into the house and saw Carter at the keg talking to some girl so Mitch and I went out through the back door, once we got in his truck we started laughing, "lets get something to eat," so we drove to an all-night diner and ordered pancakes once we got our food we started talking about everything we didn't notice the time,I glanced at my phone and saw that it was 5:30 so we paid and left.

When I got home it was six and my alarm went off at 6:15 so I made it through my window right when my alarm went off, so I took my time getting ready, my dad had given me a ride today and I was sitting on the steps outside of school when Mitch walked up to me " I'm surprised you are here early?" I stuck my tongue out at him " well Juniper is with her dad so I was able to get ready and be on time."

When the bell rang we went to English class teacher assigned a reading project and he let us choose a partner and of course I choose Mitch, at lunch we started planning the project while I was writing everything my phone rang I pulled it out and saw that it was my brother Logan called me and told me that grandma was in the hospital and she might not make it.

After school, we picked up Juniper and went home Mitch had gone inside with me to help me with the project, later that night we had gotten the call after that my parents left to deal with everything and Juniper and I went to my room and watch The Little Mermaid.

My parents never got along with grandma she didn't want my dad marrying my mom since she liked his ex-girlfriend better and since she didn't like mom she didn't like Logan and me, well a couple days after grandma passed away we were cleaning her house and mom found a letter to dad after mom read it she got pissed and went home.

the day after the funeral her lawyer called us into his office and told us that grandma wrote us out of her will and was leaving everything to Martha (dad's ex) so we went home and had a movie night so I called Carter to see if he wanted to come over and spend time with his daughter.

After the movie was done we went to my room and got Juniper ready for bed, once she was asleep I noticed that Carter was acting strange and for once I didn't bug him about it, finally he spoke up " my mom and I are taking a trip and we are leaving tomorrow, he didn't say anything he just got up and left.

I was so annoyed with him he just tells me he is leaving and he didn't say when he will be back or how long he will be gone, I know he wasn't around a lot but he helped out financially so with him leaving I was going to have to look for a job.

Since today was a Saturday Mitch and I finished our project he went home because he was going to a party that night, after he left I put Juniper down for a nap when my phone rang and saw that it was my friend Aubrey she had asked if she could come over and I said yes and I was a little curious as to why she wanted to come over.

When she got here we went to my room and sat on my bed " there is something I wanted to tell you and I don't want you to hate me but here it is I had sex with Carter at David's party a couple of days ago," I raised my eyebrow I was going to say something when she started talking " well I was at the party and I saw Carter there and we started talking and we ended up going upstairs."

"Wow was all I could say  she didn't say anything else until herphone beeped and she got up and left, I understood why he did it Iwasn't spending as much time with him since Mitch came back into mylife , I needed to talk to Carter about what I just found out but hedidn't answer.
