Zach's POV:
After the video call ended, we managed to track the location of Emma. We immdiately rang the police up and now we are on our way. I was so worried about Emma. I really hope she survives. I'm need her to be strong.
We arrived at the location along with Emma's parents and my parents. The police broke open the doors of what seemed to be a secret warehouse. The police walked with guns pointed out in case the criminals might come out and attack at any moment.
Carefully they began searching the place, but after an hour of searching, they couldn't find anything. "I'm really sorry sir." An officer said to us. "But it looks like they've escaped." "What about our daughter?" Emma's mother asked.
"She's missing too madam. We've found some blood in one of the room earlier. From the evidence that we've gathered it seems that your daughter was indeed shot and from the amount of blood we found on the floor, it must have been pretty severe so there is 0% chances of her surviving."
"You mean..." Emma's mother struggled to finish her setence. "I'm sorry madam. But yes, your daughter is dead. We truly sympathise with your loss. But we'll do everything we have to do to find those murderers and bring them to justice." The officer said.
Immediately, both Emma's parents broke down and burst into tears upon hearing those words. Seeing them like that, also brought tears to my eyes. So I walked a littlw further away from them wanting to have my space.
As soon as I had my space, I fell onto my knees and cried my heart out. Moments later, I felt a hand on my shoulder. It was Caleb and the rest of the guys.
"We're really sorry Zach. We truly are." He said while hugging me and I just cried onto his shoulder. "But she did this all for you right? So I'm sure she wouldn't want to see you in this kind of state." He said in an attempt to comfort me.
"But I can't bro. I just lost my life and I'm nothing without her." I wept. It was true. The love of my life just left me how will I ever be fine again?
