Like the title says, in this chapter I will be talking about changing your look up.
Makeup can do wonders in changing the way you look, you don't have to be a professional MUA to change up your facial features. You don't have to have high end makeup either, you can use drugstore, but if you have high end, that's okay too.
What you will need:
•Contour shades
•Red eyeshadow
•Blue eyeshadow
•Purple eyeshadow
•Black eyeshadow
•brown eyeshadow (or just a shade or two darker than your skin tone)
•foundation (optional)
•powder foundation/setting powderUse the contour shades to contour your nose, it's pretty easy tbh, I just started the whole contouring thing and I don't have actual contour sticks and pallets. You can make your nose more crooked, take your time when doing this. It might take you on your first try, or it might take you on your 10th. Try to nose contour to whatever shape you want to change your nose to.
My nose is more wide, so I slim it down by putting the contour more on top (not a straight line down your nose but more upper than where the top on my nose is, so making it more slimmer by placing the darker shade on the more inside of that, if that makes any sense.) and then I put a lighter shade of my skin tone on a straight line down my nose (in between the contour) and on the sides of my nose and contour to clean it up and make it more snatched. (Blend it out) . It makes my nose a whole different shape than it actually is.
Now for the rest of your face, you can make it longer or skinnier. For a skinnier contour, roll a pencil or brush stick on your cheek, you'll notice there's two bones, ones your jaw and the other is your cheek bone. Contour in the middle of the two, a thin (but not too thin) line and use a lighter shade to clean up the contour (on the top and bottom of he darker shade) and blend that out . With a couple tries you'll find what works for you and where to stop your line of contour and where to start, it depends on your face shape.
To make your face more longer, Contour just before your cheek bone (not in the middle, more upper) clean it up with a lighter shade on the top and bottom. Blend it out, you'll find what works for you within a couple tries.
Once your done your contour, you can make your eyes more different.
Close your eye, and feel for that brow bone, it's not on your actual eyelid but a tad bit higher. Use that brown eyeshadow, and get a fluffy brush (or use your fingers, but I suggest a fluffy brush, a small fluffy brush.) apply it where that bone starts, and move upwards, stop when you're a centimetre or two before your brow. Blend that out really good where it looks like your skin, but darker than your actual skin (it that makes sense at all).
More detail: It looks like it's just the way your eye is (more darker than the rest of your face).
Now take that brown shadow and put it on the bottom of your eye, and blend that out, it gives the effect of smaller eyes. Blend it just a bit, not lots, but so it looks like the top colour (just a little darker).
Now take a nice dark red shadow, and get a bit on your brush (or finger) and put it in the inner corner of your eyes and drag it down about an inch or so. Then blend it out a bit. This will give the effect of you looking like a crack head, or that you're tired (or maybe that's just your face, no one will ever know).
You can also make your under eyes look baggy with a mix of brown and black shadow. Look in a mirror and squint your eyes a bit. Then go in with that mixture of shadows and follow that thing you see (I don't know how to describe it but it's right under your eye and it looks like almost extra skin, you can grab it with your fingers and pull at it, idk if that makes sense tbh😂)
Out line it, and then shade it in a bit, blend it out. (Btw Drag the out line more under than that thing... that skin I was talking about) . By your lash line, keep it more light (just a tad bit), it just gives the effect of not looking like actual death. 😂😂
You can also put foundation on (I forgot to talk about this at the starting of the chapter before the whole contour thing, sorry 😂😂) it could be lighter or a shade darker than your skin. (Also, don't neglect the neck, put that foundation on your neck too).
Hair
Hair is a wonderful thing that's key to changing your look (aside from your face).
Change up your hair style (change your hair style when you're actually gone, meaning, already ran away). If you have long hair (like shoulder length and or longer), cut your hair into a pixie, don't worry about if you like it or not, it grows back. The key part is to look different from before.
If your hair is already a pixie, you can shave it off, if you don't like that idea... invest in a wig, expensive or not, get a wig that looks realistic. I have bought a couple wigs from wish, and I've only paid 2-15 dollars, and it took about 1-2 months to get here. If you can't wait that long, search for near by wig shops (but be careful with both of these options, they, meaning your parents or people looking for you, could possibly see what wig you have and know to check for that). And pick out a wig in person when and if you do go to wig shops because when you're in person, you get to feel and see the wig and if it looks realistic or not.
Body
You have all the time in the world to change up your body, if you're lazy like me, I personally invested in a bottle of PGX daily, with my own money, and I've been taking them for about a month now, my weight has dropped in 5 pounds, and I'm getting slimmer every two weeks. I guess it's mainly because the pills make you feel fuller longer, so I don't have the feeling of eating to my hearts content.
If you have limited food, then I guess getting a bottle of those (PGX daily) will help? I'm not sure, to each their own.
PGX daily is not the easy way out though, I've been eating healthy and working out for about 30-60 minutes each day, doing things I love. (Like squats, push ups, jumping jacks, swimming.).
Getting thin or more chunky on your own, feels like an accomplishment.
If you want to get more chunky, then bulk up on fatty foods, carbs can be good and bad too. I'm saying bad because they make you feel full right away, and they can be good if you're looking into building up on weight, because most carbs (that I know of) can be bad for those wanting to lose weight.
That's all I have for now, this is the longest chapter in this book, see y'all again in the next chapter.
