I ask of You, my Lord
Do not allow me
To take the easy way out
Strengthen me, O Lord
Let my resolve be ever strong
Deeply embedded in Your Word
Knowing to Whom I belong
Strengthen me, my Lord
Keep me on the right path
No matter how rough it may be
With You, I know it won't be tough
