Flowers in the Wilderness

During the wilderness of affliction
It would be long and hard
But continue on to completion
It would be worth the path
Though the path has its valleys
And the desert is indeed dry
See the flowers along the journey
And let your tears come dry
From the valley it is an upward climb
But rejoice for there is a peak to reach
Though you may feel lagged behind
Persevere on even if it is only an inch
You do not lack
When abiding in Him
So do not slack
Give Glory to Him
