I laid my head down what felt like hours I was shook to my core to see my mother this way to see her hurt this why and there's absolutely nothing I could do to help her, I glanced up looking at her still silent body lay there. I heard someone enter the room I looked over to see it was none other then Robert her lil boyfriend.

"Jaylynn, I think we got off on the wrong foot, I don't want any issues between you and I" he said

I jus stared at him and putting my hand back down I wasn't feeling him nor did I care what he had to say . I stayed at the hospital for a few more hours before heading to a hotel . I didn't want to stay under the same roof as Robert I felt uncomfortable about that.

I decided to call Angie let her know I made it and my moms condition.

"Hi girl everything ok?" Angie asked

"Yeah and know, I met my moms lil "boyfriend" I don't like him"

"What happened is she ok?"

"Well she's getting better her face was swollen badly I thought she was in a car accident but she was beat up"

"Oh my god where was the boyfriend?"

"That's just it he wasn't there and I dunno I don't like him" I said flat out
"You can't be that way jay, gotta let him show you he ain't shit give him a chance. Gotta focus on getting your Mom straight you feel me"

"I guess you right I'll try to give him a chance he jus seem shady as fuxk"

" I feel you, have you spoke to X?"

"Yeah before I left he's going to be out the country for a bit" I said kinda sad at the thought.

"Are you going to come back to Florida or stay with your mom?"

"Stay out here for a few until I know she can do on her own first".

I spent an hour on the phone with Angie and finally grew tired and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning still sleepy .. I reached over to the nightstand and grabbed my phone seeing if I got any texts from Jah . But I didn't, I was honestly growing true feelings for him I thought that was impossible to do . I had a dream of him lastnight and I woke up needing that attention in my southern regions. I felt myself roam my body until I got to my soft core I could still hear his voice in my ear. " I can't talk long I just want to hear your voice I'm going to be super busy, everything ok with your moms ?"

"Jay? Are you ok?" He said concerned

"Yes I will be" I tried to get myself in order
"I will drop everything if you need me jay" he said still trying to get me to confess what was obvious.

"I wouldn't have you do that, I promise I'm good"

"Ok jay, I gotta get going I will FaceTime you later maybe you can show me lil something" he said making me laugh.
