Awkwardness Continues >.<

More and more people showed up and the chairs filled up in front of the stage. I was getting more and more worried and stressed.
I was sitting next to Lia who was talking to Skips about something he built. I wasn't really listening but it was nice to see them chatting. Lia looked like she was enjoying it here so I didn't wanna ask to leave. Even though she didn't really wanna be here in the first place but I guess I'll just let it be. Alot of people were here now all around the stage outside. It was crazy to see how many people the crew knew, or maybe it was just random people who showed up for the park event. Either way it was alot of people, more than I thought would be here.
I was starting to get bored just sitting here. There were people on stage singing, at one point Margaret was up there with people singing and rocking out. Then after all the performers were done Benson went up and announced the big surprise. "Okay so im sorry to announce our special guest couldn't make it today, but we have another guest that'll like to say a few things. Rigby can you please come up." Rigby walked up to the stage looking confused.
Then the short girl I saw earlier came out. "Eileen?" He shouted out. He looked kind of pissed. I wonder where he knows her from. "Rigby! I finished school in Australia now I'm here to stay. I didn't wanna tell you because it was a surprise."she had the biggest smile on her face and ran up to him and hugged him. "I love you so much." She said while kissing him, everyone awe'd. I was so confused and shocked.
I looked over at Fives who was sitting next to me. "What's going on?" He looked at me. "Well you remember Mordecai explaining why Rigby was so mad about you joining when you first started working. Well she's the reason he was mad. She left to go to Australia with a guy. But im confused because Rigby didn't say it was for school." I shrugged and nodded.
Later that day after the show event was coming to an end everyone was eating and dancing. I was ready to go by now. I walked over to Lia and tapped her. She was speaking to people I never seen. "Yeah Mya, Whats wrong?" She asked concerned. "Can we go now?" She tilted her head. "Whats wrong. I thought you were excited for the party. The party just started." I didn't want to ruin her fun so i just ignored it. "Never mind, I'm gonna go see what fun activities are set up around here." She nodded and went back to chatting. At least she's happy.
I was wondering around for a while, looking at things and watching people play party games. I'm not use to party or socializing, I try but I'm just awkward so I always stay close to people I know but no one I knew was around me. I feel alone and I started to panic. Shh Mya breathe in breathe out. These people aren't here to judge they're here to party and have fun. I said to myself trying to calm down. I bumped into the short girl, I think her name was Eileen. "I'm sorry I was just trying to get out of the crowd." She apologized even though I was the one who bumped her. "No no it's my fault I was also trying to get out of the crowd. You're Eileen right?" She nodded "you're the sad girl from earlier. Are you okay now?". "Yeah I'm good. Sorry for asking but are you and Rigby dating?" She blushed "yeah we've been together for almost 3 years now. He was upset when I went to college but I'm sure he can get over it. It's not like we broke up." I nodded. "That's cute. well I probably shouldn't be talking to you Rigby got mad at me and we're no longer friends, or we never were friends, I don't know." I looked down. "Oh I'm so sorry I'm babbling about my problems to you, I'll go now." I rushed off and I saw Fives and some girl dancing. I wanted so badly to talk to him but he seemed so happy.
Everyone had people to chat with but me. I was alone sitting far away from everyone. I wanted to fade away and be in the safety of my home. I put my head down and watched an eat try to climb the table. "Would you be my friend little ant?" I said letting the ant climb onto my finger and onto the table where it grabbed a small crumb and left. "I helped you and you leave me just like everyone else." I sighed. "Hey kid, you do know the ant can't understand you. Also if you didn't want to be alone why are you sitting all by yourself." I looked up at Margaret who took a seat next to me. "I heard what happened inside the house earlier, actually everyone did. But don't worry about Rigby he's a little man with a short temper, sometimes worst than Benson. Don't let what happened earlier ruin your fun. You have all these new people to meet and maybe you can find a nice guy." I shrugged. "I'm not looking for a boyfriend or something. I'm just upset that I lost a friend, also I get party anxiety." I admitted looking down.
Me and Margaret chatted for a while about people. Mainly about her and Mordecai's relationship back then. I guess they went through a lot but it didn't work out. It's nice that they're still friends. When Lia and Fives broke up in highschool and me and Eric broke up we completely changed schools. It's funny now thinking about it. How a guy can make you feel so low and can destroy your life so easily.
The party was over by now people were starting to leave and everyone were saying their good byes. I must admit this wasn't that bad, only because Margaret kept my company. It would of been an awesome experience if I wasn't so awkward and panicky. I still think Benson threw a great party. "Hey Mya, ill see you tomorrow." Mordecai shouted while going into the house with Rigby and Eileen. Eileen turned and waved bye to me which caused Rigby to lightly push her into the house. "Hey you ready to go sleepy head." Lia asked patting my head. "Yeah I'm exhausted. Can we get food on the way home?" She gave me a weird look. "Mya it's 12am and you already ate 2 plates in the past hour." I shrugged. "Stress makes me hungryyyy."I whined and she rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
