I used to love the twilight
The subtle way it releases your mind
Then I was in love with dawn
The promises made to your heartHearts aren't meant to be protected
Now I tolerate them both
Twilight teaches you lessons
Dawn gives you hopeI've learned that things could be worse
My mistakes don't hang over me
Clouds always pass
Even if it doesn't look like itThe moon will watch you at your darkest
The sun will show you the way
They don't owe you anything
They only ask for what you need

PoetryA book of hopefully less angsty poems than my previous one, "From the Heart". Don't worry, they're still mostly sad. *** Je ne peux pas vivre sans toi
