Perspective of Burning Shine (HTFP)
Yes, he may have been one of our students, but Blitz has to be joking right now. His power level is nothing impressive right now. At the same time, I don't believe that Blitz is blind. One reason he chose him is because he's famous, but that can't be the main reason why. Anyway, I'm in the HTFP (Humans Training For Powers) room right now. I am here to tell these people the plan.
Shine: Welcome! Aspiring heroes and saviors! You are all in the HTFP room! In other words, Humans Training For Powers room! Here, you will all learn and train for powers! Some of you still might be thinking how unfair this world is! Why 1% are born with powers and the rest are not! I'll tell you this, you are not useless being born as normal humans! Even without powers, you are always going to be something! Now, back to your training. Almost everyone here has to know what happened to this HQ one month ago. Vern Zuyev led a direct attack on us! He could kill any of you if you aren't strong! Don't be like the rest of this generation who are afraid to use their powers because the government says not to! They have no right to mess with our lives! So, 2 weeks ago, we came up with a plan. We are recruiting a teenage YouTuber from the Philippines to inspire and motivate this new generation to use their powers again!
Crowd: *starts whispering things to each other*
Shine: This man is famous and we believe that he will help. He is the YouTuber... Prejudged Seeker!
Crowd: *cheering*
Shine: I didn't mean to get your hopes up. Hah, nice to see you excited. However, this man is not even a prestige 1. Most of you have to know what I mean by now. Prestige is a word used worldwide as a measurement of power levels for superhumans or alpha humans.
As expected, Spike enters the room. He will be explaining these power levels to the people. If there's one important thing these people must know. It's the difference in power of almost everyone. They must know what heights they can reach with these powers.
Spike: Keep your attention on what I'm going to say! To be counted as a superhuman or alpha human! There are requirements you must accomplish! These requirements are all physical ability and they are:
1. Capable of lifting 2 tons
2. Skin is bulletproof to a sniper bullet
3. Can run 20 meters per second
Most of the crowd looks ready, while some are still shocked and some look like they know that they'll have a hard time. These people will learn how to work hard. Especially if they plan on getting powers. I guess they're also seeing how much stronger they would have been if they were born with powers.
Spike: "How strong is the YouTuber?" You might be thinking. We've observed him and made estimates. He can lift about 8 sedan cars at once. He can take an explosive bullet shot and an explosive with just scratches. And he moves at least 60 meters a second.
Crowd: *clapping*
Spike: You look proud of him. I'm not saying you shouldn't. Those are only his physical abilities. Now, I'll talk about the prestiges. To be honest, I don't even need to explain. You all have common sense to understand this image.

Prestige 1 - 20x stronger than minimum requirement
Prestige 2 - 20x stronger than prestige 1
Prestige 3 - 30x stronger than prestige 2
Prestige 4 - 40x stronger than prestige 3
Prestige 5 - 50x stronger than prestige 4
Prestige 6 - 60x stronger than prestige 5
Prestige 7 - 70x stronger than prestige 6
Prestige 8 - 80x stronger than prestige 7
Prestige 9 - 90x stronger than prestige 8
Prestige 10 - 100x stronger than prestige 9
Spike: Most of us tend to stop at prestige 12. Like me and most alpha human squads here on Earth. The ones who are usually above prestige 12 leave the Earth and explore the universe. Just so you don't forget, those are only physical abilities. Elemental powers, time powers, sound powers, and everything else do not affect your prestige. Don't ask me why prestige 11 and above isn't there. You already know how the multipliers work. The highest ones on Earth are prestige 20s. We haven't gone beyond yet. Prestige 20s do not fight people like Zuyev. A man like Zuyev ranks in between prestige 12 and 13. The ones with more power up there let us fight him, it's for us to get stronger... You all came here to train, right? Let's start! It's time for you to do a very high-impact workout on your first day!
Crowd: *gets noisy*
Shine: I knew this would happen hahaha!
POV to Alfred
9:30 AM - Philippine Time
Recess in school (canteen)
Alfred: So... you want to play a game of tag... wherein I'm the only one running and you're all going to try and catch me?
Rhonwen: Yes! No cheating Alfred!
Stephen: You know that's not fair.
Alfred: I won't fly... heh heh
Robbie: Why are we going to run again? It's the first day of school.
Gino: I can't even run fast.
Alfred: Just try and catch me. There's many of you. Don't look like losers over there.
Kyle: Alfred's going to cheat alright. Just look at him.
Kraig: He'll move too fast for us.
Alfred: Then don't chase me.
Wacky: How do you expect to catch someone that fast?
Gio: Dude... he's too fast for us.
Alfred: I can go slow... not really...
Chloe: Slow for you is not slow for us.
Aaron: I'll be the one to catch you.
Alfred: Go and try. Let's go to the gym and run now.
We head over to one of the school's gyms. The school is about 8 hectares big. So, it's about the size of 8 football fields. The gym we're going to is less than a hectare only. It's still going to be big enough for all of us to run around. Plus, there will be people sitting on the floor, those are stuff we have to dodge. We arrive 2 minutes later. It wasn't far from the canteen.
I stay in the center of the gym, while my friends went to one edge of the gym. Most of them looked ready to catch me. The chances are low, but they still want to try. They look ready to run at me and grab me. I guess I should give them the signal already. So, I gave them the signal and they started running at me.
I started moving too, the first person I see, who is closest to me, is Robbie. I stop and wait for him to try and touch me.
Rhonwen: You lose already!
Robbie reaches out while running. I see his arm going towards me. I bend and his arm just followed through with the wind. Then I sprint about 10 m/s away.
Rhonwen: Not fair!
What you're seeing here is what a superhuman with a power below all prestiges can do. In other words, a superhuman who hasn't really worked on their powers a lot. Alfred is already too fast for normal humans like his friends, as stated by his friends. Will he be caught by their numbers or not? Keep reading and stay tuned to find out!
