* Aurora's dress for party*
Friday is finally here. Even though I am not a morning person, I feel surprisingly chirpy and giddy. The whole week went by in a blur. Tyler and I were back to our friendly chit chats and Jason was , well Jason. I was back to being all obnoxious around him, same old same old.
I get out of my bed and practically run towards my walk- in closet and open the doors with a jolt. I had kept my dress at a prompt distance as I had held it almost every night before going to bed. It is still of the same sparkly yet subtle combination.
" Too much drooling, aren't we?" I didn't hear the door of my room getting opened. I turn around to see my mom standing with a tray of breakfast in her hands." Mom, are you stable?" Her face lits up at my innuendo." And people said you had gone all jittery." She says and places the tray of food on my bed." But what I see is my same annoying and sarcastic daughter."
" No, seriously, what did I do to receive this special treatment. I thought you said-"
" Oh please" she cuts me midsentence ." I was worried about you, an emotion commonly present in mothers. You have been so downcast lately. So I thought why not." She smiles. My mom and I have always been like this, annoying each other with our witty comebacks. It was her gene that gifted me with sarcasm. I give her a smile before digging into my breakfast.

" Jessica?"
"Check."
" Stacy?"
" Check."
" Flynn?"
" Check."
Molly has been reciting the guest list to me since I entered the corridor. Naisha had trained her well.
" Adrian?"
" Ooh, no."
" What about Brian?"
" Missed him as well."
Molly glares at me." How could you forget those two hot rods slash Naisha's eye candies?"
" Well, I am kind of running on the edge for hot rods now a days." I sigh." But no worries, both of them are on the football team with Tyler, we can ask him to invite them."
" Fine, I'll do that." Molly replies and runs her newly sharpened pencil along the names in the list one last time." Everyone else is done." She chirps. She looks up at me. " Seeing that we won't be having any common classes today, I'll see you directly at the party!" She almost sings. " Ugh, what has Naisha done to you." I laugh and roll my eyes, heading towards my class.

" What do you think?" I ask about a millionth time." Perfect honey!" Naisha replies as calm as the first time. I once more look at my reflection in the mirror. I had curled my hair into coal coloured ringlets. Naisha had taken half hour to make my eyes smokey and I must say, they were looking sexy, complementing my brown eye colour. My look is completed after I colour my lips a shiny red. I smile at myself. " This is going to be amazing." I mutter." It will be." Naisha turns towards me, finishing her lips." Now, do you remember the rule." She shoots up an eyebrow at me." Umm, yes. If any one of us brings a hook up home before the other, the other one won't come home before morning. Giving the first one a private night." I reply flatly. We repeated this rule every time before our parties. This was our only rule and the only reason why we sent mom and Alison for a road trip on the day of our parties.
I giggled, thinking about the last time when Naisha tried hooking up with Will who turned out to be a virgin and chickened out before she could continue and went home, leaving her to spend the night alone. She was so pissed in the morning when I came back from Molly's." Stop it." She cuts my train of thoughts." I know you are thinking about Will. It won't be happening tonight." I laugh loudly when she finishes.
