I stood in the stands as try outs for the quidditch team went on. Ron was killing it, he was zooming about the place having a great old time. Hermione stared st him the whole time and cheered when he saved the ball from going in. He was a lot less confident than Cormac, who was saving it as if he had done it millions of times before. I just shook my head as he turned to see Hermione. I watch closely as the shootout commenced, my heart was in my throat as I watched Ron.
"Come on Ron!" I yelled and he looked at me with panic in his eyes, it took me every inch of my body not to burst out laughing at his face. I watch closely but caught Hermione out of the corner of my eye whisper something and then move her hand. I look to Cormac who moves the wrong way from which the Quaffle is heading, making him completely miss it, while Ron saved the Quaffle with his forehead. We all cheer and Hermione and I watched with gleeful smiles as Cormac examines his broom.
"Isn't he brilliant!" Lavender Brown exclaimed and I looked at her with a confused look. Hermione and I get up, walking to congratulate Ron on his win. Not a word was passed about what Hermione did, just smiles and a happy Ron.

We all sat in the common room, me curled up on one of the seats looking at a book, Hermione and Ron sat on on the couch and Harry sat on the other seat while he looked through his potion book.
"Have to admit, thought I was going to miss that last one. Hope Cormac's not taking it too hard." Ron said with confidence, Hermione and I both looked up from our books to each other and smirked. "He has a bit of a thing for you Hermione, Cormac." Ron said towards the red head who just rolled her eyes and looked at Ron.
"He's vile." She said with disgust and I nodded towards her. Ron looked around the room in thought before his eyes landed on Lavender who was staring intently at him, I shivered at her creepiness and smiled at the sound of Zeus flying through the window with a letter in his beak, I took the letter and smiled petting the owl who just stayed around. Hermione and Ron looked at me as I examined the front of the two letters, both with familiar writing.
"Ever heard of this spell?" Harry asked showing Hermione who shook her head.
"No I have not. And if you had a shed of self - respect you would turn that book in." She said and I just smiled and opened the first letter.
"Not bloody likely. He's top of the class. Even better than you, Hermione. Slughorn thinks he's a genius!" Ron exclaimed and I just smirked as Hermione sent him an angry look. "What?" Ron asked innocently, Hermione turned back to Harry and looked at the book.
"I'd like to know just whose book that was. Let's take a look sha'll we?" Hermione questioned before reaching for the book. Harry moved the book from her hands and shook his head.
"No." He said abruptly and I unfolded the letter.
"Why not?" Hermione asked and Harry thought for a second.
"It's... old. The binding is fragile." He said and I let out a laugh.
"The binding is fragile?" Hermione questioned shaking her head. She reached for the book once again but Harry pulled it away from her. Ginny walked into the room and plucked the book from his hand.
"Who's the half-blood prince?" She questioned and I looked to Harry.
"The who?" Hermione and Ron asked at the same time.
"That's what is says. Right here. 'This book is property of the half-blood prince'."She said showing the book to us and pointing to the words on the page. I finish reading the letter in my hand.
"Ah shit." I said, earning a look from my friends.
"What's wrong?" Hermione asked and I just sighed.
"Remus knows I stole his bottle of fire whiskey." I said, making my friends burst out into fits of laughs.
"It's not funny guys." I said laughing myself. After we all calmed down I opened my other letter to see Draco's handwriting lazily over the page in large letters.
"Astronomy tower asap. Love Draco." A voice read over my shoulder and I span around quickly to see Ron now over my shoulder. I looked at him in on anger. Everyone stared at me and I just stared daggers at Ron.
"You wanker! You just can't help yourself, you didn't need to read that out loud!" I yelled and Ron looked at me with wide eyes.
"He's a good for nothing snake Phoenix!" Ron exclaimed and I grabbed my wand from my hair letting my hair fall down my back, I pressed the wand to under his chin and everyone gasped.
"You have no idea what kind of person he is. Fuck you Ron." I said before quickly walking away. I walked past everyone in the halls and straight to the Astronomy tower where Draco was standing looking at the view. I came up behind him and hugged him, pressing my forehead to his back, he placed his hands over my own and I sighed.
"What's wrong?" He asked turning around but I just held onto him.
"Nothing I'm just tired." I whispered and he held me close to him, we lay on the floor of the Astronomy tower, basking in each other's company.
"Pansy told me to choose between her or you. So I told her to fuck off." Draco said with a laugh and I just laughed also. We had laid there for an hour or less, Draco rolled over so he was on top of me and between my legs, he had a hand at each side of my head and I smirked at him.
"We really should get going to dinner." He said placing a kiss on my jaw.
"We really should." I said with a grin and a nod of my head. He stared at me for a second before crashing his lips onto mine.
