I walked down the hall quietly beside Harry and Hermione, they spoke but I just avoided all conversation with anyone the whole day. I looked down at my hands most of the day, staring at the cuts that were now on the palms of my hands. I shivered under my robes, realising how cold I was. I looked up to see it was just Harry and I now walking.

"Where's Hermione?" I asked and Harry looked at me strangely.

"She left a few minutes ago." He said and I just nodded, I shivered again and Harry noticed.

"Why don't we go back to the common room?" He asked and I nodded quietly, we made our way towards the common room and as soon as we got through the doors I sat on the couch, Harry lit the fire and I curled up in a ball next to him, closing my eyes.

I awoke hours later alone, with a blanket placed over me. I felt weak, my body was tired and could hardly move, everything I did felt like an effort. I sat up using all my effort, I awoke to daylight. We were supposed to be in classes but I suspected Harry told McGonagall I wasn't feeling to good, becuase next to me was a small note from Harry.

'Professor McGonagall said I should take you to the hospital wing after classes so I will.

I sighed and sat up, but as I did the sound of the common room door opened and I whipped out my wand from my hair, pointing it towards the door. Draco walked in with some food on a plate and looked at me with wide eyes as I dropped my wand.

"Sorry, I've been getting really spooked lately." I said quietly and he smiled softly, he took a seat next to me and passed me the plate of food.

"You don't look so good, Love." He said quietly and I nodded my head, placing the plate of food on the small table. I looked toward him and he looked over my face."You really don't look good." He said and held my face in his hands, I closed my eyes and opened them again to see him.

"You don't look so good either." I said and he just shook his head, he pulled me up gently and I slumped against him.

"Okay let's get you to Madam Pomfrey." He said quietly, he helped me to the hospital wing. People stared and whispered, but he whispered quietly to me that he didn't care, he only cared about getting me to Madam Pomfrey. I leaned into him more as we got to Madam Pomfrey, I was dizzy and I felt very sick.

"Oh love." She whispered and rushed me to a bed, this time she let Draco stay. She laid me down on the bed and placed a cold towel across my head. Madam Pomfrey rushed Draco to the side, he nodded quickly to whatever she said and walked out of the doors.

I awoke to voices around me, it took me a few seconds to open my eyes but when I did I was met with loads of eyes on me. I groaned and tried to sit up, but once again my body failed me. Dumbledore, Snape, Professor McGonagall, Harry, Hermione, Ron and Draco all stood around me.

"Am I dead?" I asked quietly and Ron let out a chuckle. McGonagall and Dumbledore helped me sit up and I closed my eyes for a second. I looked to Professor McGonagall, Dumbledore and Snape who ushered my friends away from me. Snape stood at the end of my bed and I shivered, having no clue why he was here.

"Phoenix. We fear you are putting yourself in danger, you are severely malnourished and very very dehydrated. Also the scratches on you're arms are all self inflicted." McGonagall said, her voice laced with pain almost.

"We're worried about you Phoenix, very worried. We have contacted Molly, Arthur and Remus." Dumbledore said, but my mind just didn't take anything in. I looked towards Snape who wore his usual expression.

"So, why's he here? To have a laugh at me or what?" I asked and Snape went to spoke but McGonagall cut him off.

"Severus is here because we feared you had been cursed." McGonagall said and again everything went over my head and I closed my eyes.

"When will Remus be here?" I asked and literally just on cue, Remus burst through the doors of the Hospital and quickly rushed towards me. Dumbledore, Snape and McGonagall looked in surprise at the man as he came to my side.

"Are you alright?" He asked quickly and I smiled and nodded sadly, he just stared at me for a few seconds before looking up to the other adults at my side. Snape ushered Hermione, Ron, Harry and Draco our. Draco looked back and I sent him a small smile which he returned. I focused back on the adults around me, but I completely blanked out what they talked about, instead I thought about the fact that I didn't understand what was going on, I was so fucked in the head I couldn't comprehend anything.

"What's going on? Why am I so messed up?" I asked and Remus looked at me with pain in his eyes, McGonagall held her hand over her chest for a second and Dumbledore stared down at me and I just looked around. "I don't know what I'm doing. I can't figure out anything, everything just seems to go over my head. I keep drinking all the time, I can't stop scratching at my skin, I haven't eaten since we got back from Christmas break and even before that I didn't eat anything, I can't remember to drink and when I do it's alcohol." I said and my body just seemed to relax, I looked down at my hands to see the scars I had created. "I'm turning into my father." I whispered and Remus stopped, his body still as he stared at McGonagall and Dumbledore, I just stared at my hands.
