As class was about to start, the door was pushed open. It was Isaiah, he was in my class...
After he entered the room, he looked around as if he was looking for someone. Eventually, our eyes meet for a solid 5 seconds. A few kids said 'ooh' and whispered but, Emme and Ash shut them up with a death glare. It was nice to have people be defensive of me. My attention was drawn to Rose."Don't mind them, they're just jealous because you know the cute new kid," Rosie said dismissively. I felt my face redden. At that moment, of course, Isaiah's eyes fell on me. Naturally, this made me turn a deeper shade of red. Isaiah winked at me and cleared a path to an empty seat. Plenty of people looked back at Isaiah when the history lesson started, but my mind was far from the classroom. Then I heard an interesting question that was closely related to my thoughts. "Miss Stevens? I heard my parents talking about a murder--" Jack was cut off before he could finish. "Jackson Nickleback, this class is no place for such topics! If you wish to talk of things you're not sure of, you can talk to the principle!" Miss Stevens said shrilly. The whole class was surprised. (a/n: SHOOKETH)The Miss Stevens they knew would never threaten to send someone to the principals' office. From that moment on, the class was silent. No one said a word. None of us dared to.
