Xuimin

I remember that Kai came to pick me and we rushed to the hospital. Kai was very worried and he told me that Xuimin had taken my name.

As we sat in the car, he told me that Xuimin had woken up again at the hospital, he had remembered something about his attacker and had asked to see me immediately.

Baekhyun was in the backseat since he wanted to see Xuimin too.

I was so worried, I thought that I would die, also did he now know about my kidnappers?

Once at the hospital I remembered how we rushed in and went to his room. I remember the doctors came out and told me that I could see him.

I remember going in and seeing him lying on the bed, a glucose drip attached to him. I would've cried but I needed to be strong and seeing Xuimin in such a state was hurting me.

"Xuimin!" I called timidly.

"Na-young, thank God, you're okay!" He exclaimed and tried to sit up but he winced in pain.

I rushed to him and made him lie down again.
I sat by him and stared at his eyes. He breathed slowly and looked at me.

"How did they do this to you?" I asked trying not to sob.

He held my hand in his and took a deep breath before he spoke again.

"She must watch out.... I know that ....that guy was talking about you, he called your name too.
He said that he'd get his way with you whether you like it or not and I think he will hurt you next. He said so!" Xuimin started to ramble.

"Calm down, calm down! Tell me what happened exactly, you're not making any sense!" I replied clenching his hand tightly in line.

I was the only one inside the room and I didn't want him to tell anyone anything about what he had seen.

"I was on my way to your house and I heard some voices behind me, I ignored them and realized that they wouldn't follow me since what would anyone want with me. I kept walking but the voices came nearer. I turned around and that's when I got knocked back. I fell on the ground and looked at my attacker.

He had a hat pulled low and he wore a black jacket and dark black jeans.

I was scared and he didn't seemed friendly. I got up and tried to run but he held me by the collar and thrust me to the ground again.

"What do you want?" I asked him but he just smirked and pulled out a knife.

I kicked him and backed away but he pulled me towards him by my leg and thrust the knife into my side.

He was wearing gloves and doing so he picked up my chin and in my ear he whispered.

"She must watch out not to mess with me..... I'll get my way whether she likes it or not, oh and tell Na-young that she's next!" He said as he took the knife out and then kicked my in the side and walked off.

I laid there in pain because I couldn't move. My side was bleeding and then I managed to call for help. It took time for the officer to find me and I blacked out then". Xuimin said as he looked at me.

"I'll be okay, how could he hurt you, I think you need to tell the police this, I cannot afford you to get hurt anymore".  I replied  failing to keep my tears in.

"Don't cry, I'm not going to let anyone get to you, you saved my life and even gave me a chance to tutor you, you're a good friend to me and I will not let anyone hurt you!" He said as he caressed my hand.

"Xuimin..... you're a sweet person! I will take care of that dude who tried to kill you, he'll pay!" I vowed not sure of what I was going to do.

"What? No? What are you planning to do? Don't go after them yourself!" He said trying to sit up again. This time he managed to get himself in a sitting position.

"Xuimin, they hurt you, I cannot just sit back and do nothing!" I replied.

"Then, do you know who they were?" He asked concern in his voice.

Should I give up the reason to him? Should I tell him that I am a target for them? That they want to kidnap me? No, I cannot!

"No! But if we tell the officers, they'll do something about it, right?" I said not sure that I wanted the authorities to know.

"Thank you for coming to see me, I just want you to be safe!" He said.

I couldn't stop my tears from falling and I gulped and got up.

"Rest now, Baekhyun is here too. Please don't tell him what you told me and don't worry, okay!"

I said as I stepped out and found Taemin there.He was sitting and talking with Baekhyun and Kai.

"I heard what happened to Xuimin!" He said as he saw me approaching them.

"He's going to be fine, he just told me that he got injured by a random guy whom he didn't recognize, he was just asking me if I knew anything!" I told a white lie.

"Did you?" Kai asked.

I shook my head. "Baekhyun, he wants to see you!" I said as Baekhyun rushed in.

"So, this is the boy who took you to his house the other night?" Kai asked amused.

"Yes! I mean....." I began but Kai was giving me a teasing look.

"Yes Sir, I'm sorry but your daughter is a heavy sleeper!" Taemin replied.

They were both teasing me. Taemin looked so cute!

"Wait! Are you sure, she's a really light sleeper at home, did you drug her son?" Kai asked.

"Kai!" I called.

"Well, if you have a pretty daughter, why would I not drug her!" Taemin smiled sarcastically.

Kai and Taemin burst into laughter.

"You're a nice boy!" Kai remarked holding out his hand.

"You're a cool father!" Taemin replied shaking his hand.

"Really!" I smirked at Taemin. He seemed to be having fun.

I was happy that he and Kai were getting along like old friends but I needed his advice on what to do with Xuimin.

I pulled him aside and stared at him.

"What do I do about Xuimin, he knows who tried to kill him, it was the hat dude!" I whispered.

"Okay, lets think, let's kill him!" Taemin replied thinking.

"No, we can't do that!" I said.

"We need to get rid of him besides I don't see you coming up with any better ideas". Taemin spoke.

"Taemin, no is killing anyone okay! He is my friend and he helped me so I need to help him too!" I exclaimed placing my hands on my hips.

"Are you planning on going after the kidnappers, it is what they want, you know that, right?" Taemin spoke concern in his voice.

"Yes, I do know! And don't worry, I'm not going after them. I just need help". I spoke.

We walked back and I saw Baekhyun with Kai.

"What happened?" I asked.

"The doctors say that Xuimin can be discharged in a day and I am really happy because I don't like that Xuimin isn't around  me anymore!" He pouted.

"Baekhyun! You look so cute right now!" I squealed and he jumped.

"Is that all you can think about?" Taemin asked in a whisper.

I pushed him away. "I'm sure that Xuimin is going to be fine!" I replied.

Kai smiled at me and he took me home while dropping Baekhyun off. He owned a spectacular house with a lot of luxuries.

"Isn't Luhan coming over for the project?" He asked.

"We had to do a report but I already did it! Hey, thanks for the ride, thank you for taking me to meet Xuimin. I was really worried about him. He's a nice guy!" I replied biting my lower lip.

"No need to thank me, he is your friend after all!" Kai replied as he went in and Mother greeted us.

I was going to deal with those kidnappers, I just didn't know how? But no one gets away with hurting my friends, no one!
