Almost kidnapped....Again

My three day grounding was over and Kai hadn't stopped trying to be my father, I still hadn't told my parents about me being kidnapped and I thought it wouldn't happen again.

"Good morning!" I replied as I saw Lisa,Sehun and Taemin.
"Hey!" Lisa called as she pulled me with her.
"Where are we going?" I asked as I tried to pull my arm away. Taemin looked very different and Sehun was staring at us.
"Quiet, you'll find out!" Lisa said. What had happened in three days after school that I didn't know about.
She led me to a room at the end of the hall.
"What are we doing here?" I asked.
"You can come out now!" Lisa called as Jenny stepped out.
Her? What did she want? She was a heartbreaker and super pretty but still, I had a piece of my mind to give to her.
"I'm really sorry Na-young!" She said sighing.
"It's not okay! How can you break...." I began but Lisa shushed me.
"I know you hate me for the way I treated you but popularity isnt easy to handle, in the whole process, I guess I forgot who my real friends were!" She said and her voice was genuine.
"Jenny, what are you talking about?"
"You need to stay away from Luhan and his friends, they are gradually dragging you into their trap to the life that looks really cool. I left Luhan because I didn't like how he treated me."
She explained.
"Out of all people, why should I trust you, you're no better than anyone else, I know about everything that happened between you and Luhan, you guys wouldn't tell me but he did, he's more of a friend than you ever were!" I said harshly.
"He lies to you then! You cannot trust anything he says, I thought you were smart than that!" Lisa sighed. She wore a sign of worry on her forehead.
"If that's the case, why didn't you tell me, you're my bestie, aren't you? Why didn't you tell me?" I asked looking directly at her.
"I'm your best friend, I didn't want to..... hurt you, Luhan is going to hurt you,, just like he hurt me!" Lisa spoke.
"Don't make the same mistake I made!" Jenny added holding my hand.
"I'm going to be fine, I don't need your advice, especially not yours anyway". I spoke through gritted teeth glaring at Jenny.
She gasped and let go of my hand.
"Let's go, you're on your own now, I hope you realize you're mistake before it's too late." Lisa said as she and Jenny left.
I fell down on the ground on my knees and began to cry.
Lisa had left me for Jenny? Why were they friends and what did she mean by Jenny making a mistake? What did Luhan do to me? He was really nice and he made me like Kai, I hated that but Luhan wasn't all bad! Not like the first time I saw him!
I got up wiped my eyes and went to the washroom to wash my face, the drying it, I went to class. My face wasn't too puffy.
To my surprise, Jenny was in my chair.
What a good  friend Lisa was, she let a girl who treated her like nothing sit next to her.
Kyle waved to me mad I went and sat by him and Chen.
"Hey, How are you?" He asked.
"Good, you?"
"I'm great, you seem upset?" He said lifting my chin.
"Kyle, leave her alone!" Chen spoke.
"I'm not doing anything!" Kyle replied let go of my chin.
"Chen, am I a bad person?" I asked.
"No! You're just in the wrong mindset, you're not like all popular kids out there, your different and this happens when you have friends who care!" He replied.
"What do you guys want?" Sehun asked as he motioned for me to get up.
"Huh?" Kyle and I asked in chorus!
"Na-young, What are you doing sitting with them?" He asked.
"I'll sit where I want, who are you to judge?" I asked and then covered my mouth realizing how harsh I was.
"Na-young, get up.... NOW!" He shouted.
I was scared and I obeyed without realizing it.
"Come with me!" Sehun said as he dragged me with him. He plopped me down next to him. Baekhyun and Chanyeol were right behind us.
"Sehun, you didn't have to do that!" Baekhyun whispered.
"Shhh.... I can hear you guys!" I said sarcastically.
"You're too naive Na-young, I've told you and I'm telling you again, stay away from Luhan". Sehun said to me.
"I'm going to be okay, Sehun, out if all people, you're the best person I can have as a friend but I wish you would stop caring too much about me, I'll be fine!" I replied.
Mr.Suho came in and begin his lesson.
He kept glancing at me and he could tell that I wasn't even paying attention because right after class, he stopped me and asked me if everything was okay.
"I'm fine, just worried about Math!" I replied.
"You'll do great, is Xuimin's tutoring not working?" He asked.
"No, he's an amazing tutor, I'm getting good, I have to go to my English class now!" I spoke as I left and went to English class.
Before I could sit next to Sehun, Jenny ushered me to her.
Why was she so nice to me all of a sudden? She  was trying her best to be my friend! She was pretty? But all the things she did, I wasn't sure if I was ready to forgive her yet, but she was with Lisa? And Lisa was my..... was she still my friend?
I ignored her and sat next to Luhan.
"Hey, but sitting by Lisa anymore, what happened between you guys?" He asked.
"We had a small fight!" I exclaimed sulking.
"You need to understand, you can't let Lisa slip away from you, I've lost my friends and you can't her that happen, they aren't jealous that you're popular now, that just want to protect you!" Luhan said.
I wanted to cry again, Luhan was such a sweet guy and he knew exactly what to say! I wish he knew the way that people talked about him, people he cared about so much.
"Is it okay to sit with you?" I asked timidly.
He nodded and then started to concentrate on the lesson.
I sat at the popular table at lunch and Taemin didn't talk to me as we sat up for the days exhibition. Some amazing drawings were displayed and Taemin didn't even show me his painting if me. Chen was very friendly and helped me with my painting. I had painted a utopian universe and he even complimented me.
Luhan offered to walk me home. Our project was almost done but he needed to take care of something so we decided to stop near a shop for some more materials.
We stopped by a shop a lot further from home and I was tired because Luhan didn't tell me that we would be walking that far just for materials and the shop looked expensive so I told Luhan that I'd wait outside on a bench while he went and got the things.
He nodded and went in as I sat and sighed on the bench. I finally began to ponder on what my friends had said, why were they drifting away from me, I've been popular for two days and this happens. Luhan was right, I knew that they weren't jealous but still they couldn't hate me for being popular, I'm not like other popular kids and I'm not too spoilt or naive!
Am I?
A black shiny car pulled over. It looked nice. I wonder if I learned to drive could I get a dark blue car that glistens like a galaxy when the light shines on it. Or a purple, almost black car.
It would be so amazing, I would be able to drive and take my Mother for a ride, she always wanted me to drive.
Two men came out of the car, they were dressed in black jackets and my heart skipped a beat as one of them was wearing a hat. I knew them. They were my kidnappers.
Before I couldn't get up, one of them blacked my path forcing me to keep sitting while the hat guy snatched my bag.
"Hey!" I chocked out.
No, this was dream. This wasn't happening! Where was Luhan? How did they find me!
"Who knows what else they know?" Taemin's words rang in my ears.
"You put up a great fight, Miss Do!" The hat guy said as he pulled me up.
"Yeah? And you don't know when to give up, do you?" I said trying to pull my arm out.
"I love how you convince me to hurt you!" He replied as he picked me and put me on his shoulder.
"Put me down!" I yelled as I kicked him in his stomach.
He threw me down on the ground, and took out a crowbar. I stared at it.
"Can't you used chloroform for this, you don't have to wipe me out of existence". I said backing away.
"What are you guys doing?" I heard Luhan's voice.
"They're trying to kill me!" I said.
"Agh! It was a simple kidnapping, not a murder. You guys do know a murder can't be hidden right, I ought to teach you how kidnappers work out, you guys are lame and can't do anything in life!" Luhan said, his voice was hard and cold but almost like scolding them.
"Get him!" The hat guy said to the other guy.He had another guy from the car ran and tacked Luhan to the ground. Luhan got up and threw one of the guys on the ground and punched the other in the stomach.
"You are coming with me Miss Do!" The hat guy said.
I screamed and got on my feet, the crowbar was brought down hard as I barely missed it but that didn't stop him from running after me.
I ran towards Luhan and tried to hide behind him but he was busy fighting for my safety.
I ran away and was caught by the hat dude.
"I won't hesitate to hurt you, you're so hard to get a hold of, I like that!" He said holding the crowbar against my neck.
Was he trying to choke me?
"I don't care what you like, because I don't like you!" I said as I coughed.
He let me go just to hit me with the crowbar but I ran away and bumped into another one of them.
How did they move is fast?
"Let me go, NO, I WON'T COME WITH YOU!" I shouted at the top of me voice.
"Na-young, calm down, it's me, you're okay, it's me!" I heard a voice as the guy hugged me close to him. Tears were stealing down my face.
I looked up to see Kyle holding me.
He was here, I was safe!
"Kyle, we have to help Luhan !" I exclaimed as I hugged him back.
"I know!" He replied as we went to Luhan.
He had managed to overcome the guys and was brushing the dust off his jacket.
"Are you okay?" He asked as the guys ran away in the car.
"I'm fine, did you catch the number plate of the car?" I asked.
"No, I couldn't!" Luhan said.
I couldn't blame him, he saved me after all.
"What's going on?" Kyle asked.
"Nothing, she was just being kidnapped!" Luhan's replied.
"I knew something was off when you came to school with that face!" Kyle added.
"I'm okay now!" I replied.
"Kyle, we need to tell her parents!" Luhan said.
"No way!" I exclaimed.
"She's right, we can't worry them, let's try to catch the criminal ourselves, we can do it!" Kyle suggested full of enthusiasm.
They walked me home and then suggested to stay with me.
"I'm okay, Xuimin is coming to tutor me anyways, you guys should go home." I said.
"I'll try to find who would do this to you?" Kyle said as he took his leave.
"How will you do that?" Luhan asked.
He flashed him a smirk and said that he got ways which is what most movie character say and the next thing you know, they gamble.
"Well, I'm going to go too, be safe!" Luhan said as he left.
He took the apparatus with him which meant that he would work on out project without me.
I walked in and found the kitchen abandoned.
"Mom!" I called. No answer.
"Kai, are you guys home!" No reply.
The fridge had a note.
Dear Na-young,
Kai and I are at the mall, we'll be late. There are some ramen in the pantry, you can eat them.
Love,
Mom.
I sighed and cooked the ramen. Eating alone wasn't the best but Xuimin would be over soon.
I finished, and waited for him.
He didn't come and it was already five-thirty.
He always arrived at five. Maybe he just got late.
I was begging to worry when he didn't show up and it was ten minutes past six. Not to mention, where were my parents.
I began to feel scared and I hoped that nothing had happened to them. Where were Mom and Da..... no, I mean Kai?
I heard a soft knock and I breathed a sigh of relief as I went to the door. I usually look through the key-hole but I didn't this time.
I opened the door and gasped as I saw a police officer holding supporting a body.
"Can I come inside, this young man's hurt!" He said.
He was very official looking and I had to be hospitable so I stood out of the way to let them in.
I went to the kitchen and brought a glass of water for the officer as he set the boy down on the sofa.
I almost dropped the water as soon as I saw who the boy was.
"Thank you!" The officer called as he took the glass.
"Xuimin!" I exclaimed as I sat by him. I held his hand.
"You know this man?" The officer asked.
"We're classmates!" I exclaimed as I looked at Xuimin.
He was unconscious and he had a black and red checkered shirt on. His side was soaked in blood.
"What happened to him?" I asked.
"He was stabbed Miss....." the officer began.
"Na-young!" I replied holding his hand even tighter.
"We have brought one of our doctors but what I don't understand is who would stab him outside your house, has he got any enemies?" He asked.
"I've known him long enough to know that he has no one who would want him dead!" I said as tears formed in my eyes. I got up as the doctors fixed him up.
"Do you have anyone who would want to harm you?" The officer caught me by surprise.
"N-no!" I stuttered as he placed his hand on my shoulder.
"Look, any evidence is important to the law, he got attacked outside your on the way to your house and you know him, has anything strange happened around here, anything out of the ordinary?" He asked.
"No! I just came to live here recently so no!" I replied.
"It wasn't a big wound so he'll be okay but I suggest, we move him to the hospital, if what you say is true than he can be attacked again!" The paramedic said.
"What? Hospital, but I though you said he would be okay! And what did you say to them?" I asked alarmed.
"He was clearly stabbed and I know no one who stabs without the intention of killing, infact, I think if he stays here he'll get killed!" The officer spoke.
"But I thought that he'll be fine! He is my friend". I said as I held Xuimin's hand again.
"Na-y-young!" He called in a soft whisper.
"I'm right here Xuimin!" I said as I looked at him. His eyes were opened slightly.
"Are we still on for the Math class?"He said as he smiled weakly.
"Even when your hurt, you had me worried sick about you." I said my eyes almost tearing up.
"But I'm okay!" He exclaimed as he tried to sit up but failed and had to lie down again.
"Who attacked you?" The officer asked.
"Someone, I didn't see his face, and he had a hat. But he mentioned something before he struck me, it was like, she must watch out not to mess with me, I think he was talking about...." Xuimin began.
"You should rest, don't waste your breath!" I immediately spoke.
The hat guy? He did this, wait until I he my hands on him! I'll make sure he doesn't have hands to lay on anyone again!
"Na-young, what's going on in here, Xuimin, what the— officer, what brings you here?" Mother asked.
"Xuimin was badly injured but he's okay now!" I spoke as I walked towards Mothet.
I wears scared but I didn't want to police to know about the kidnappers, of the kidnapper could hurt Xuimin, they could hurt my other friends and I couldn't stand that! I had to face them on my own! After all, what did they want? They didn't leave me alone, if they were mere kidnappers, they wouldn't go after Xuimin, they wanted something else, they wanted me but why?
