It was morning, and once he woke up, Juliana could only grin at Rafael.
"We've only been married for one day, and I already have a f**kin headache."
"Hilarious, mi amor," he grumbled.
"I'll tell you what, baby? Why don't we both take some Advil, and then we'll open some gifts and eat some greasy ass leftovers?" Juliana suggested.
"Sounds like a plan, Mrs. Barba," Rafael Barba smiled, kissing Juliana on the forehead.

"So," Juliana Barba smiled as she walked out into the living room where Rafael waited for her on the couch. "Let's open some sh*t."

He chuckled as they both picked out there first box, which was from Liv. Juliana wrote gifts down beside names on a pad of paper in order to thank everyone when they got the chance.
"Holy dildos, it's a blender!" Rafael cried excitedly. "I'm blending everything!"
"Sounds fun, babe," Juliana agreed.

She handed the pad of paper to Rafael as she opened the next one, which was from Dodds, the son.
"Wow," she murmured. "This looks mad expensive. It's beautiful as hell."

Inside of the fairly large box was a rather sophisticated set of silver utensils.
"Crazy," Rafael nodded. "What a nice guy."

Juliana smiled as she took the pad, watching Rafael open the next gift, from one of his cousins, Carla.
"Oh, picture frames! God, we only have like two pictures up," he realized.
"I know. We should look for pictures to frame," Juliana wrote the name and gift down, handing the paper to Rafael and opening the next one.
"Oh, Rafi. Your mama got us these amazing bath products, here, smell! They smell better than sex!"
"Well, I wouldn't go that far...." Rafael began.

  "And some new towel racks

"And some new towel racks."
"Towel racks. How exciting."
"Oh, you're being ridiculous," Juliana rolled her eyes. "What did you expect, furry handcuffs?"
Rafael smirked automatically.

"Rafa, that's your mother, don't be nasty," Juliana sighed

"Rafa, that's your mother, don't be nasty," Juliana sighed.
"I thought you liked it like that," he pointed out.

  "Mi amor

"Mi amor.... don't. There's boss-employee nasty, and then there's brother-sister nasty. You wanna stay on the right side of the spectrum, babe."
"You're even more disgusting," Rafael argued.
"Well, I'm a woman, I'm allowed," Juliana shrugged.
"Ooh, look what Carisi got us!" Rafael grinned. "Silk sheets."
"Okay, okay," Juliana nodded appreciatively. "We'll have to get it on later."
"Aight, well.... I'm not one to refuse," Rafael Barba nodded.

  "The sheets, mi corazon

"The sheets, mi corazon. The sheets," Juliana raised an eyebrow as she opened the next gift. "Holy sh*t! A fondue machine! From Reyna."
"Hell yeah, baby! People must love us!" Rafael cried as he opened the next one.
"What's the next one, Rafi?" Juliana asked.
"God damn! A new coffee maker, from Rollins!" he shouted excitedly.
"I love her," Juliana sighed as she opened the next one. "Oh, yes! New speakers!"
"Sh*t. The neighbors must hate us," Rafael realized with a sigh.
"Oh f**kin well," Juliana shrugged. "Oh, I almost forgot. The entire squad at SVU got us something together."
"Well, let's see," Rafael smiled as he opened the large box. "Oh, my gosh, it's so f**kin amazing!"

Juliana looked at their gift as Rafael Barba pulled it carefully out of the large, unmarked white box. It was an artistic and unique metal plaque, engraved very carefully.

"The Barba Family:
~Rafael Eduardo Barba & Juliana Barba~
12/10/16

~Lena Victoria Barba~
3/6/16

~Christian Dominic Barba~
3/6/16"

"It looks beautiful," Juliana smiled. "It's perfect. Oh my God," she laughed, opening their gift from Fin Tutuola.
"What is it, amor?" Rafael asked.
"A garden gnome," Juliana replied, remembering that one drunken night.
"Yeah, I remember that whole thing. You know what?" Rafael asked.
"Yes, Rafi?"
"You're just the gift that keeps on giving," he smiled as he picked up their two children as they began to wake after Chloe had dropped them off.
"Same to you, babe," Juliana smiled.

About two hours had passed as the two of them had finished opening all over their wedding presents.
"Too bad we didn't get a new headboard," Rafael sighed dramatically woefully.
"Why?" Juliana asked.
"Because we're definitely breaking ours soon," he grinned playfully.
"I look forward to it," Juliana agreed.
