|Koji Koda x Reader| Rain and Rabbits

Heyo! It's the Koda. So whenever I write a Koda x reader I don't know if I should make him talk or not. I always end up making him speak anyway but not that much. Sorry if thats out of character but I can't just not have him talk in a story.

(Nobody's POV)

It was the start of another day at UA. Koda was standing with Tokoyami. Tokoyami was talking about Dark Shadow and how he can get really out of hand. Koda was listening to Tokoyami as he complaint about his quirk. A quiet voice grabbed Koda's attention. "Uh hey Koda?" The voice said from behind him. Tokoyami fell silent as he looked at the girl, a small smile making it's way onto his face, which was very uncommon for him. Koda turned and looked down at the short girl standing infront of him. (Y/n) was looking up at him with a shy smile. Koda felt heat rising up to his cheeks. He's had a crush on you for awhile now, Tokoyami being the only one who knew in the class.

Koda froze as he saw your smiling face, completely stunned. It's not like it was the first time you had spoken to him, you two have had plenty of conversations but Koda was completely taken of guard in that moment. Tokoyami glanced at Koda, seeing his face completely red and his eyes wide, Tokoyami decided to speak for him. He looked back to you to see your smile hadn't left your face. Tokoyami gave you a small wave. "Hello (Y/n)" He greeted you. You returned his wave, your smile never fading. Tokoyami's voice snapped Koda out of his daze and he quickly greeted you, not wanting to look rude. "H-Hi (Y/n)" His voice was quiet but you still heard him.

You looked back to Koda. "I had a favor to ask" You looked up at him with hope in your eyes. Koda nodded, telling you to continue. You took a deep breath. "So, I'm kinda failing (w/s) and I was wondering if maybe you could help me study" You asked in a rushed voice. Koda just starred at you for a second, maybe from shock or confusion, he wasn't sure. You looked up at Koda with a hopeful expression. "I was going to ask Bakugou because apparently he's good at (w/s) but then Shojitold me that you're really good that (w/s) so he said it would be easier to ask you" Your cheeks were painted with a light blush. Koda had still not replied to your question which you thought was him declining you, so you sighed in defeat. 

Before you were about to walk away Tokoyami quickly spoke up. "I'm sure Koda would be happy to help you study, right Koda?" Tokoyami gently pushed Koda forward abit so he was alittle closer to you. Koda suddenly realized what he was doing and nodded. "Y-yeah sure! I can help y-you" He mumbled. Your head perked up after hearing Koda talk. "R-really! Thank you Koda" You smiled brightly at him at made his heart jump. "N-no problem. Are you free this evening?" Koda didn't know how he was managing to keep a conversation going but he was. You nodded quickly. "Yep! Thanks again Koda, you're a life saver" You said as you turned and walked away while waving.

Koda let out a sigh of relief, he then heard a chuckle from behind him. He turned and gave a small glare to Tokoyami. "Your face is red" Tokoyami said as he sat in his desk. Koda shook his head quickly trying to get rid of his blush and sat down at his desk.

School was over and you and Koda were making their way to the school doors. You were chatting about the topics that you wanted to cover, well you was doing most of the talking, Koda was just nodding at everything you said. When you got to the door they saw that rain was pouring down. You looked to Koda. "Guess we'll have to wait" You said with a sad smile. Koda shook his head as he started opening his school bag, taking out an umbrella. You giggled. "Well you may have one, but I don't" You said with a smirk. Koda opened the umbrella. "We can share" He blurted out, making hid face heat up in an instance. Youre face also turned a light pink at his words.
