My Hero Academia ~ One Shots

|Hanta Sero x Reader| Shackles + A/N

I love Sero and you guys seem to love him too so I will gladly write more of him. The plot of this one shot is inspired by a Sero x Reader fanfic I came up with. I don't know if I should start writing it but please tell me if you'd like a Sero fanfic. I haven't written a full proper fanfic yet so I'd really like to.

(Your POV. Before the Sports Festival)

A long sigh escapes my lips as the thoughts I've been having come back to me. Lately the feeling of dread has been constantly in my head. Something bad was definitely coming my way and I just knew it.

I lean against the large tree, which was not to far from the UA main building. It was lunch and this was my usual spot that I used to get away from my classmates. It was a quiet place where I could sit and think over everything going on. The sports festival was fast approaching and pro hero's are going to be looking for the best. Right now is when I need to focus on my ambition and not get distracted

I take out a book and start reading, the birds acting as the perfect background noise. I don't eat at lunch, It's just something that I decide not to do, so I replace eating at lunch with drawing, reading or if the gym is free I'll train my quirk. This is just how I wanted it, nice and quiet-

"Oh hey (Y/n)!" A perky and far too loud voice shouted from my right. I yelped in surprise, dropping my book. I lock eyes with red orbs, then golden, then black. My eyes didn't leave the raven eyes. Compared to the bright red and yellow they seemed more calming and less threatening in a way.

Kirishima Eijiro. A friendly guy that seemed to get along with almost anyone. He's even tried befriending the short tempered Bakugou. He has a sort of fondness for manliness as he uses the words "Manly" and "Unmanly" quite often. Kirishima is very dedicated to his friends and if I'm being honest I'm kind of scared of him for that reason...

Denki Kaminari. Quite similar to Kirishima in that he's very friendly with others and also seems to make friends easy. He can be kinda reckless when it comes to his quirk and he may be blunt on occasions but he has a good heart. He's also the flirt in the class. He flirts with basically all the girls in the class and even some from other classes. He's even flirted with me...which is why I try to avoid people like him.

Then Hanta Sero. Like his two friends, he is very friendly and makes friends easily with the people in class but aside from that this boy is kind of a mystery to me. Compared to Kirishima and Kaminari, Sero doesn't speak out as much, he's quieter then the others but still gets along with everyone. He does make fun of Bakugou a lot which can be pretty amusing. In my opinion compared to Kirishima and Kaminari, he's needs more credit.

Weird he kinda reminds me of- "Uh (Y/n)?"

(HAHA if you wanna know what that shit was, tell if you want the fanfic! :D)

I look up at the three boys, all of them smiling through my awkwardness. I sit up straight and pick up my book, letting out a small cough, trying to regain my composure. I flinch slightly when I see the three of them sit down around me, taking out their lunches.

"What you doing here all by yourself?" Asked Kirishima while digging into his food. I look down at my lap, refusing to make eye contact with any of them. I play with the hem of my skirt as if to distract myself.

"Uh it's quiet here" I speak in a hush voice. This is going against all the rules I set for myself. "STOP TALKING AND JUST LEAVE (Y/N)!" Is what I'm screaming in my head to myself, but my limbs refuse to cooperate with me and I'm just sitting there, completely stiff.

"Are you not eating?" Sero asked sounding slightly concerned. I glance up at the three lovely boys in front. All their attention is on me, I feel worry, guilt and every negative emotion bubbling up in my stomach. I look at Sero to see how genuinely  concerned he looks. I take a long, deep breathe.

"Yeah, I usually don't eat lunch, please don't worry. I'm going to leave now" The sentence comes out as one long exhale, making it very rushed. I quickly grab my things and speed walk away from the three confused students. Once I'm a good distance away I glance back to only be met with the same dark concerned eyes.

(Your POV. After the Sports Festival)

I am completely fine with my situation here at UA. I keep myself busy with studying and training so that I can become the best hero I can to protect the few people I care about. Talking to others isn't something that I'm any good at, so why bother. Friendships and relationships never last and something bad is bound to happen to people if they stick with me. So what's the point?

If I just stay quiet, people around me will just eventually ignore me, they'll have no reason to talk to me.

Or at least that's what I planned on doing. Just keep your head down and don't make conversation and your classmates will just leave you be. Is what I kept telling myself but it wasn't working.

I could tell that the students of Class 1A were special in some way because I started seeing the students that kept to themselves, and seemed to like it that way, were starting to open up more and joined into friend groups.  With Todoroki being befriended by Midoriya and Bakugou with Kirishima .

 It's not that I don't like my peers, I actually think that all of them are pretty great, but the idea of getting close to people terrifies me...

But with the way things are looking now, my biggest fear might just be coming my way...

Ok so that was just a taste of what the fanfic would be. There's a whole big character arc I plan of giving the main gorl here ;3 so I couldn't really right it all here :/ Also sorry if this was structured kinda weird.

But if this somehow interests you tell me and I might write it. 

So I'm gonna tell you guys now that obviously Sero will be the love interest for (Y/n) but also the story is gonna involve a lot of the Bakusquad cause you guys know I love them so much. So in some parts it wont be heavily involved with Sero. There's a big thing that might happen with a spiky blonde boy ;) but Sero is the main boy OK!
