Ducking to avoid being knocked off Shadow was quite the abb workout. The wind rushing through my hair was refreshing but my palms began to sweat slightly as I wasn't sure about what was going to happen when I arrived.

We soon reached the knocked down hut where the dwarves had planned on setting up camp but they obviously never stayed here through the night as the sun was faintly beginning to rise in the horizon.

I heard the faint sound of neighing in the distance and Shadow picked up on the noise as well. I quietly rode Shadow through the growth and we came to a small clearing where the horses were tied up.

I found some footprints leading to where we are standing and some leading away in a different direction. Shadow sniffed the ground for a moment before looking in the same direction as the stay prints in the mushy earth beneath us.

I slipped off of Shadows back and begin to walk in the same direction the footprints were leading, Shadow following close behind me growling quietly ready to protect me from any unexpected assaults from any unseen threats.

I approached a fallen tree that had the roots torn up with it and saw a faint glow of firelight in the distance. I quietly made my way towards the light and hid behind a fallen tree and saw the dwarves and hobbit tied up in a itchy looking sack of some sort.

I backed away and moved so that me and Shadow were now behind the bagged up dwarves. Wait, did that make it sound like they were in body bags? I shook the thought out of my head knowing that there wouldn't be any body bags involved as they'd be taking a trip through a trolls digestive system.

I continued to work my way around when they all began shouting something to do with them being infested with worms or something. I tried to keep my face straight but failed when a small smirk appeared on my face knowing that what they were saying is nonsense but they tried anyway.

My heart stopped when I saw Thorin get picked up by his feet and the Troll began to raise him higher and closer to the trolls mouth. Shadow sprung into action as I did. He ripped his claws against its flesh cutting in deep. I jamp from my tree pulling my dagger out and throwing it into one of is eyes.

I ran across its arm slicing at the wrist causing him to drop the King. Before he could land on his head and break his neck I tackled him in the air landing harshly on my acceptance an BA Thorin on top.

I pushed him off of me and stood up pulling another small dagger out and cutting the bag open freeing my former lover. I looked away quickly saying a quiet "Glad your okay" before running to fight the trolls with Shadow by my side.

(Thorin's POV )

I was confused at the armoured female Orc. For starters, There aren't no females that you here of, let alone actually get to see. Something about the (h/c) seemed familiar, but that's probably me over thinking the situation as it's the same colour that she had.

She had saved me from being ate and instead of letting me snap my neck or killing me herself she freed me from that bloody bag. I picked up my sword and began to free the others of my company.

I looked over my shoulder as I freed the hobbit the Orc had rolled between a trolls legs, just like she used to do when we trained together, running straight towards the giant rock slamming a fist into the centre.

There seemed to be a figure on top that I couldn't make out who it was, who step sided as half the rock crumbled. The sun shone through the new gap made causing the orcs to screech and turned to stone.

(Your POV )

I walked over to the Dwarf king as Shadow sniffed the now stoned trolls. He glared at me slightly which was expected due to his deep hatred towards the current beast that I look like.

I stood directly in front of him looking down to meet his eyes instead of how it used to be me looking up to him not down. "I'm glad your safe Oakenshield" was all I said turning away.

I felt a strong agonising pain surging through my neck slowly speedingI through my body causing me to scream while collapsing to the ground gripping my neck tightly.

Soon baby blue letters appeared in front of me causing everyone to stop and read them. "Normal by day, beast by night." I looked to Gandalf for an explanation " You'll be yourself from sunrise, yet at night after the sun sets you return to an Orc" I looked towards the rising sun and nodded.

Shadow bolted over to me and muzzled into me causing me to move my hand behind his to tickle him. The pain disappeared as quickly as it came and I looked and saw it was my normal face in my Warg's eyes. I looked at my hand to see I was back to my normal colour instead of being a sickly pale grey.

I smiled and noticed Gandalf was smiling back nodding to say I had managed to break a part of it. I retracted my hand quickly and turned away scared he would turn on me. Instead of feeling his fangs sinking into my flesh I felt his paws on my shoulders and him sniffing my hair before rubbing his head into my neck and the side of my face.

I smiled and turned around hugging Shadow. I took a glance at Thorin and I saw mixed emotions in his eyes causing my smile to fade. They held the look of relief, sorrow, anger, and something else but I couldn't figure out what.

I was torn about whether or not to go over to him. I wanted to hug him again and not let go but I didn't know how he'd react so I looked at Gandalf who nodded at me to go to talk to him.

I took a deep breath and slowly began to make my way over to him. Nerves fueling my need to run away.
