SANA WASN'T PREPARED BY THE HIGH VOLUME OF MESSAGES WAKING HER UP THAT MORNING.
It was a Saturday and the time hadn't even passed ten in the morning. She groaned, stirring in her sleep before opening her eyes to the morning light emitting from her opened windows. Her phone continued its loud pinging so she pressed the home button.
UNKNOWN: hello??? is this sana??
UNKNOWN: i'm praying that i'm not texting some random person.
UNKNOWN: if it is you, its baekhyun.
UNKNOWN: don't be wary that i have your number. i approached your friend, suji, and she provided me with it.
UNKNOWN: i promise im not that creepy.
Though she chuckled through his messages, Sana forced herself to think austerely because she certainly did not want to talk happily to a guy who'd woken her up before eleven. On a weekend.
SANA: Yes, it is Sana. What is it that you need this early in the morning?

BAEKHYUN: oh, i thought we could begin this whole agreement soon bc school is ending and i don't want to leave it late. that's if it's continuing and you didn't change your mind?
SANA: No, I didn't, and I'll check my schedule to see which days I am free.
Truth was, Sana lacked any sort of schedule because she simply didn't have many friends. Suji was a huge family girl under her carefree and lively persona which exuded individuality and independence, and Naeun engaged in extra–curricular activities during her days of freedom. This week was an intensive course of karate which was based all the way in Busan. She left yesterday and was due to return tomorrow afternoon. Though the two weren't completely seeing eye to eye still, Sana knew these things off by heart.
BAEKHYUN: ah, yes. the old schedule. well im free today if you are. and if not, we can always arrange a day after school to go over the details.
SANA: Okay, I've checked my schedule. Seems today is also free. What time are you thinking?
BAEKHYUN: two? is two too early for you? 😉
The girl gasped a little. A winky face? She read on a magazine that the wink emoji conveyed flirtatious vibes, something that scared the love–starved Sana.
