We went home, ate dinner and then joked around. We joked about the stupidest things, that was until I had to rush my dad to the hospital.
My father had become very sick, we don't know how, or why. He was just sick.
They said something about cancer and brain, so I put 2 and 2 together and figured out he has brain cancer, and her never told me, or Steven for that matter.
I just started to bawl, and Ashley was out with her mum, so I didn't bother to call or even text her.....
I had school the next day and Ashley returned to an empty home, so I drove home with my little brother crying in the back seat.
"Steven, everything is gonna be okay I swear!" He just nodded and proceeded to cry.
We were both broken.. Even though I knew dad wasn't gonna live...
