You watched as the two giggled and continued dancing. You turned around and ran, ran fast trying to run away from the lies.
You walked outside, alone in the cold feeling betrayed and lied to.
You heard voices from behind you, voices you recognized.
"Y/n! Wait up!" Max yelled as she ran towards you. "Shit."
"Y/n come on. Come back!" Dustin watched you run.
"Well we're in deepshit." Lucas groaned. "All because of Mike, what a douche."

You got home and cried. You were so happy and excited that you were going to this stupid dance with the boy you always liked and now you just saw him kissing another girl.

The next couple of days you avoided everyone, you just stayed quiet. All you really did was stay in bed.
When you went back to school you looked pretty bad, I mean you had bags under your eyes, you just looked messy and tired. You walked into the school avoiding everyone. Then you saw them.
Dustin, Lucas, Will, Max, and Mike.
They all smiled once they saw you come in through the door but you just looked away and passed by them as if you didn't see them. Their smiles faded away once they saw you pass by.
"What's up with her?" Mike asked.
"She's pissed, leave her alone. Your the last person she wants to see." Max rolled her eyes.
"What did I do?"
"Just leave her alone man. You already fucked things up." Dustin assured him.
"What did I do?" Mike raised his voice a little.
"Well I have to go to class, see you guys later." Will waved.
"Yeah me too."
"Same."
Everyone walked away but Mike, he stood there trying to think of what he did to upset you.
The day went by pretty slow, I mean it always went by pretty fast when you were with the party but now that your avoiding them, the day has gone by slowly.
You put your books in your locker and shut your locker, and there he stood. Mike.
You jumped a little but quickly avoided eye contact with him and tried to walk away.
"Y/n, wait up." Mike stood in front of you. "Why are you avoiding us? Most importantly why are you avoiding me?"
You tried to walk away but again he blocked your way out.
"Mike let me go."
"Come on don't be like that. Talk to me."
"I don't want to talk. I gotta go."
"Why are you being such a bitch?"
Your eyes widened with his. You walked quickly out of the school.
"Wait Y/n.. I didn't mean that, I'm sorry.." Mike whispered. "Shit."
You walked towards the bike rack with tears in your eyes.
Max and Lucas saw you with worry in their faces.
"Hey Y/n, what happened?" Max asked.
"Mike happened." You answered as you grabbed your bike.
"Wait, you wanna talk about it?" Lucas looked at you.
"Not re.. actually yeah sure. Um you guys could come over later if you want."
They both nodded and hugged you.
"Y/n!" Mike yelled.
"I'll see you guys later then." You smiled and avoided Mike again, they smiled and waved as you quickly biked away.
Mike ran towards Lucas and Max and watched as you rode off.
"What did you do, asshat?" Max raised her voice a bit.
"I called her a bitch."
"Jesus fuck. What the hell is your problem?"
"I-I don't know. It just came out of my mouth."
"Of course, you made shit harder."
"What do you mean?"
"You made stuff more difficult. I mean she was already mad at you, now you just made the situation worse." Lucas added.
"What situation?"
"You know we better go." Max responded.
"Yeah bye dude." Lucas grabbed his bike.
