David: All you say to him is that your parents want to meet him. His expression is hard to read, but he then smiles and agrees. When you're there, he's on his best behavior. He touches you enough where it wasn't excessive, he bonds with your dad over your music, he compliments your mom on her cooking. He makes jokes over dinner which won your parents over.
Dana: Is scared out of his wits. You aren't sure if it's because he has dropped your mom's favorite china, or the fact that Dana, can't find his grove and seems to have his foot in his mouth. It's been over an hour and he hasn't touched you once and he's barely even looked at you. You take him outside and try to calm him down. After a while, he loosens up and your parents enjoy him more now he isn't breaking dishes.
Gabe: He's more quiet and reserved than usual. Which is different from what he was earlier. He was loud and boisterous. Now since being here, he is quite and would occasionally drape his arm around your waist. He would comment when necessary, such as a compliment to you or a compliment to your parents. Every now and then he would make small talk, but not much. Which your parents didn't mind, they were just not expecting for someone to be so reserved.
